Vice President Kamala Harris was giving a speech in the Philippines when it looks like she had to be reminded to greet the servicemen and women standing right behind her.
At the end of her remarks aboard the BRP Teresa Magbanua, in Puerto Princesa, Harris appeared to look ready to jump ship, metaphorically speaking. That is before an aide evidently reminded her that she should meet and greet the Coast Guard members who had been standing behind her the entire time.
