Walz, Schumer take campaign of ‘joy’ to cringe levels

Listen, we get it that The Machine™ driving the Kamala Harris for President campaign needs to display positive energy in furtherance of its strategy of selling joy to distract from the damming kitchen table issues Americans are facing under Democratic rule.

However, someone may want to suggest to Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, to ratchet down his hype a notch or two. And what’s with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) dancing at the Democratic National Committee?

Taking flamboyant to new levels, Walz pranced on stage Tuesday night in Chicago to the thrill of the gender-fluid crowd, proving there’s little shame to his game — imagine a Harris-Walz showdown with China President Xi Jinping, with the fate of the world in the balance.

The Trump War Room responded: “You simply cannot trust a man who gesticulates this wildly. Freak!”

With the Harris campaign beginning to look very similar to the 2008 bill of goods sold to the American people, the Obamas were on hand Tuesday to push a repackaged brand of “hope” — the irony being that Barack Obama was allegedly instrumental in getting Harris on board in forcing President Biden aside. The fact that he’s reportedly the only president to remain in Washington after his term ended suggests a troubling pattern of meddling.

As for Schumer, there is one word you don’t want to associate with the awkward, 73-year-old politician and that is dancing. Then again, this is the party that’s all about the feels.

The Trump campaign gets it: “We regret to inform you that Chuck Schumer is dancing at the DNC.”

Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on the social media platform X:
