Billionaire talk show host Oprah Winfrey has been bashed all over the place for committing to donate $10 million to the survivors of the Maui wildfire and one woman summed it up perfectly.
The woman did a video on X playing both Winfrey and someone speaking to her about the proffered donation. It highlights the sheer hypocrisy coming from the leftist.
“And we’re so concerned with what is happening in Maui, we thought we’d ask you to do something about it,” the woman playing Winfrey stated.
“You being other billionaires?” the woman responded.

“No, just like regular normal people,” the Winfrey stand-in responded.
“Okay, but you’re giving?” the woman asked.
“Ten million. Well, we’ve committed to giving $10 million,” the Winfrey woman replied.
“What does that mean?” the woman asked her.
The exchange goes on to show how Winfrey is allegedly taking credit for contributing charity to Maui victims when it actually isn’t her doing the giving.

“Well, we haven’t actually given it yet, but um… we’re committed to giving it… by you,” the talk show host portrayer insisted.
“Sorry, what was that?” the woman asked, pretending she didn’t quite hear the last part of the answer.
“We’re committed to giving the $10 million… through your donations,” the Winfrey woman reiterated.
“What do you… What are you saying at the end there?” the other woman queried.
“We’d like you to donate and that’s how we’ll get to the $10 million,” stand-in Winfrey answered.
The rich stay rich by spending our money.

Then the unnamed woman doubled down showing how it’s really not Winfrey’s money going to the victims.
“I thought that you already pledged the $10 million?” the woman pointed out.
“But we sort of committed that on behalf of you,” the other responded.
“So, you haven’t given $10 million then. You just set a goal of raising it,” the woman asserted.
“Well…” the Winfrey woman protested.
She personally knows billionaires, multimillionaires. Why not get together with them for such a nobel cause? Lmao

The woman laid it out beautifully portraying Winfrey perfectly.
“So, you’ve committed other people’s money to your own charity you just set up?” the woman contended.
“With disasters like this the number one need is money,” the other responded.
“But aren’t you a multi-billionaire?” the woman asked.
“Well, yes…” the pretend Winfrey admitted.
Do as I “say” not as I do. Right?! Donate your money from struggling families while Oprah sits on a pile of money like Scrooge McDuck

Since Winfrey actually owns land in Maui, the woman called her to account for it.
“Like a billion is 1,000 million and you have multiple billions,” the woman informed her.
“Yes,” the other confessed.
“And you also own 2,000 acres in Maui,” the woman continued.
“Um,” the Winfrey actress uncomfortably whispered.
Sounds like the Amber Heard pledge.

And she ends off without getting an answer which is exactly what the real Oprah Winfrey would purportedly do.
“Don’t you have both the means and the moral obligation to help the community you live in?” the woman bluntly asked her.
“Hello?” she said as no answer was forthcoming.
“Oprah?” the woman asked.
“Guys, I think she’s Mitch McConnell’d,” the woman hilariously concluded.
The dragging continued on X:
Normal people investigate charities because they don’t want their money to be wasted. Oprah and her ilk investigate forming charities that benefit them publicity wise and eventually monetarily
— Tardigrade (@XTardigrade) September 4, 2023
This is how it works with all those charities and donations of that type. Then of course they take their cut as pay for setting it up and managing it, then they have to pay the money handlers and then of course they get paid out of that for their time and advertising (their face…

Oprah needs that money to buy up the remaining land out from under its rightful owners.

Shame on you @Oprah and @TheRock
— SG O’Fury (@SGOFury) September 4, 2023
If I had Oprah’s wealth, I would just set about paying the disaster recovery bills of my community and I wouldn’t tell anybody about it.
If I thought it needed more investment, I’d ask my wealthy pals if they could quietly help as well.
But there’s no celebrity in that ♀️

Great job! Oprah should just give the money. You shouldn’t ask others if you can do yourself.
