‘Worst mistake of my life’: Ex-Navy SEAL who transitioned to female is reversing

Retired Navy SEAL Chris Beck, formerly known as Kristin Beck, says publicly transitioning to a female was “the worst mistake” of his life, and now he is transitioning back, and he’s putting on blast those who “propagandized” him in the process.

Beck, 55, made headlines in 2013 when he joined CNN’s Anderson Cooper to announce he was transitioning to a woman.

At the time, the former member of SEAL Team Six — the elite of the elite — told Cooper, “The journey I’m on right now, I just recently came out, I’m starting to live my life a full female. I live– this is my life.”

“I want to have my life,” Beck continued. “I want to live in peace and happiness.”

Sadly, that’s not how things turned out for the Purple Heart and Bronze Star recipient.

“Everything that happened to me for the last 10 years destroyed my life,” Beck told Robby Starbuck on his podcast.

“I destroyed my life,” he continued. “I’m not a victim. I did this to myself, but I had help. I take full responsibility. I went on CNN and everything else, and that’s why I’m here right now. I’m trying to correct that.”

“Everything you see on CNN with my face, do not even believe a word of it,” he added.

Of his appearance on CNN, Beck said he was “used.”

“I was used … I was very naïve, I was in a really bad way and I got taken advantage of,” he said. “I got propagandized. I got used badly by a lot of people who had knowledge way beyond me. They knew what they were doing. I didn’t.”

Among those who pushed him toward transitioning, says Beck, was a Veterans Affairs (VA) doctor, who took just one hour of consultation to offer him hormones.

“I walked into a psychologist’s office, [and] in one day I have a letter in my hand saying I was transgender,” he explained. “I was authorized for hormones. I was authorized all this other stuff.”

The hormones, which he hasn’t taken for roughly seven years, wreaked havoc on Beck’s body.

“I had so much going wrong in my system when I started taking those,” he said. “Some of that was paid for by the VA, and I’m sorry to the American people that I did that.”

Though Beck never went as far as having full gender reassignment surgery — a move that would have transformed his penis into something akin to a vagina — he did undergo a brutal operation to “feminize” his face.

He is now sounding the alarm bells on the entire transgender agenda and, specifically, the young ones who are being pulled into similar choices.

“There are thousands of gender clinics being put up over all of America,” he said.

“As soon as [kids] go in and say, ‘I’m a tomboy’ or ‘This makes me feel comfortable,’ and then a psychologist says, ‘Oh, you’re transgender.’ And then the next day, you’re on hormones – the same hormones they are using for medical castration for pedophiles,” he stated. “Now, they are giving this to healthy 13-year-olds.”

“Does this seem right?” he asked. “This is why I am trying to tell America to wake up.”

If you want to know why so many are pushing the gender issue, you only need to follow the money.

“This is a billion-dollar industry between psychologists, between surgeries, between hormones, between chemicals, between follow-up treatments,” Beck said. “There are thousands of gender clinics popping up all over our country. And each of those gender clinics is going to be pulling in probably over $50 million.”
