‘You only represent the illegal aliens!’ AOC town hall descends into chaos as heckler calls her out

Accused of turning the Big Apple into “a socialist hellhole,” a New York lawmaker’s town hall went off the rails over open borders.

“You only represent the illegal aliens!”

Thursday in Queens, New York, “Squad” leader Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D) was partaking in her latest agenda-driven sales pitch when she was confronted over the ever-worsening illegal alien crisis. Her promotion of five years of the Green New Deal was doused with the reality of the crisis throughout the five boroughs and beyond as a Republican opponent was just one heckler to cry foul over the use of taxpayer dollars.

Announcing himself as a congressional candidate, Jonathan David Rinaldi declared, “The Green New Deal is a scam! They’re giving the NYCHA apartments away! They’re giving illegal aliens $10,000 a day! They’re trying to take NYCHA and give it away! I want you to debate me AOC!”

Security was quick to swoop in on the candidate who found himself in a confrontation with a man Rinaldi asked, “Are you a cop? Let me see your badge.”

Meanwhile, another man in the crowd continued to shout his piece at Ocasio-Cortez, pointing at her on stage, “Secure the border! Secure the border now!”

Supporters of the congresswoman didn’t hold their tongues as tension rose, and someone else could be heard yelling over the rabble, “You sound ridiculous, you scrub!” before a chant in favor of the incumbent began (complete with sign language interpreter) “AOC! AOC!”

Before getting led entirely out of the event, Rinaldi fired off a parting jab at his Democrat rival and declared, “You only represent the illegal aliens!”

In response, Ocasio-Cortez defended, “Well, clearly I don’t because I’m an elected member of Congress. So keep it pushin’, bro.”

The challenger, who had reportedly been spotted interrupting other town halls, including one featuring New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D), continued to decry the response to the border crisis and the unsustainable influx of foreign nationals into the city.

“They’re turning New York into a socialist hellhole,” he declared outside the venue while ripping into governmental proposals to provide public housing under Section 8 to aliens. Rattling off the benefits getting offered to illegals, including debit cards preloaded with thousands, Rinaldi asserted, “They’re trying to replace us because they bring people in here who don’t care about the country, who don’t know its history.”

Thursday’s incident was not the first time that Ocasio-Cortez was confronted for her stance on the crisis in New York as she had previously been lambasted over her response to the mayor kicking students out of a Brooklyn school to shelter foreign nationals during inclement weather.

“It’s not in my district,” had been her response when asked, “Are you okay with a school being used as a shelter?”

She would later add, “I think it’s very clear here that what’s most important is that we identify a facility that’s appropriate for these folks. I don’t anticipate this being a long-term solution. It shouldn’t be a long-term solution.”

Rinaldi drew support on social media as people in agreement added, “There are no ‘constituents’ in a globalist dictatorship. There is the leadership class aka The Uniparty, and there is the laughable ‘equity’ class.”
