The left hates NFL player Aaron Rodgers because he’s a walking, breathing billboard showcasing the failures of the COVID pandemic, having rejected Big Pharma’s jab, and this hatred is captured in all its glory in the ongoing brouhaha between the star QB and late-night talk show host “Crying” Jimmy Kimmel.
Last week, during his weekly appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show,” Rodgers joked about Kimmel’s name potentially showing up in the Jeffrey Epstein sex-trafficking documents. That sent Kimmel over the edge. Not only did Kimmel call Rodgers an “Aasshole” in a tweet — the spelling being a rather stupid play on the spelling of Aaron — he also threatened legal action.
But Rodgers is not backing down one iota, as seen on Tuesday’s show when he said, “I don’t have any apologies, not [for] that guy from ABC.’’
The future Hall of Fame player explained that the history between Kimmel and himself “goes back to Covid times,” when to comedian made jokes about his vaccination status.
“It’s been a very interesting week and a lot of things have been said..

“He didn’t stop there though,” Rodgers said. “He made a lot of other comments on unvaccinated people, mentioning that they don’t deserve treatment. If they are at a hospital, they shouldn’t be given a hospital bed.”
“He made comments about repurposed drugs that were being used all over the world and have incredible safety profiles that were derogatory,” he added. “He mentioned ivermectin being horsepaste and pushed that whole narrative for a long time. He gave a platform to one of the biggest spreaders of misinformation during COVID times, Dr. Fauci.”
Rodgers then turned his attention toward the criticism he received for rejecting the COVID vaccine.
“In my opinion, he ripped me about the ‘vax’ and that turns out to be an L on many occasions because the ‘vax’ was not as safe and effective like we were told that it was in the beginning. There are a lot of injuries now that we have seen, related to the vaccine,” he explained.
While insisting he was offended by Kimmel’s barbs, he reiterated that the comedian’s stance was a loss.
“Fast forward to, again unprompted, we’re talking on our show as we do about a lot of different topics and somehow the Epstein client list comes up,” Rodgers said, further explaining how there is “excitement over exposed corruption.”
He read his exact quote about Kimmel and the Epstein list, “A lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, are really hoping that doesn’t come out.”
Saying he “totally understands” how serious an allegation of pedophilia can be Rodgers added, “For him to be upset about that? I get it. Did you watch the quote? I’m not stupid enough to accuse you of that with absolutely zero concrete evidence. That’s ridiculous.”
Addressing Kimmel directly Rodgers said, “I’m not stupid enough, even though you think I’m an idiot, and you’ve made a lot of comments about my intelligence, but I’m not stupid enough top accuse you of that with absolutely zero evidence.”
He also insisted that he was “glad” that Jimmy Kimmel is not on the list.
After last week’s show, Kimmel tweeted: “Dear Aasshole: for the record, I’ve not met, flown with, visited, or had any contact whatsoever with Epstein, nor will you find my name on any ‘list’ other than the clearly-phony nonsense that soft-brained wackos like yourself can’t seem to distinguish from reality. Your reckless words put my family in danger. Keep it up and we will debate the facts further in court.”
He addressed the matter again during his Monday monologue.

“Aaron Rodgers has a very high opinion of himself,’’ Kimmel said. “He genuinely thinks that because God gave him the ability to throw a ball, he’s smarter than everybody else. We learned during COVID somehow he knows more about science than scientists.
“A guy who went to community college, then got into Cal on a football scholarship, and didn’t graduate. Someone who never spent a minute studying the human body is an expert in the field of immunology. Aaron got two A’s on his report card and they were both in the word ‘Aaron,’’’ he added.
Proving that he’s got game too, Rodgers answered Kimmel’s dig.
“I think it’s impressive that a man who went to Arizona State and has 10 joke writers can read off the prompter,” he said. “My education and JUCO and my three semesters at Cal, which I’m very proud of, has worked out for me and I’m glad to see it’s worked out for him as well.”
“I wish him the best, but I don’t give a sh*t what he says about me. As long as he understands what I actually said and I’m not accusing him of being on a list,” he concluded.
Hopefully, as seen on Tuesday, we’ve heard the last on the matter — but don’t count on it.
