Kilmar Abrego Garcia vowed that he would keep fighting the “injustices” perpetrated upon him by the Trump administration in defiant remarks to reporters and an adoring crowd after he was put back on the streets by an activist judge.
On Friday, the day after Obama-appointed U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis ordered that he be released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody, the MS-13 “gang banger” addressed the media at the ICE facility in Baltimore, Md., where he was required to check in.
“I want to tell everybody who is also suffering family separation. God is with you. This is a process. Keep fighting,” the “Maryland man” said in remarks through a translator.
POWERFUL. Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a free man this morning.
A judge ordered his release after the Trump DOJ attorney misled the court.

“I stand before you as a free man, and I want you to remember me this way. With my head held up high,” Abrego Garcia declared in his native Spanish tongue, adding that “Yesterday I spent time and celebrated and enjoyed my family, who is everything for me, especially so close to Christmas and being in this holiday season.”
They were words that will be used to tug at the heartstrings of the gullible public from a man with a documented history of domestic abuse.
The government was barred from rearresting Abrego-Garcia after Xinis also issued a temporary restraining order.
“When Mr. Abrego Garcia received the notice leaving the detention center yesterday afternoon that he had a check-in this morning, it seemed like a terrible case of déjà vu, right? That he would just be freed in order to simply be cruelly rearrested again,” said Abrego Garcia’s lawyer, Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg.
“So we were up late last night. Shortly after midnight, we filed an application for a temporary restraining order with Judge Xinis. And at 7:30 a.m., she granted the temporary restraining order, prohibiting Kilmar Abrego Garcia from being rearrested at this check-in today,” the attorney added.
The freed thug’s defiant remarks struck a nerve with X users who expressed anger and disgust over the situation.
“It is insane that illegal aliens with deportation orders can hold press conferences denouncing the US govt and apparently nothing happens,” wrote conservative commentator Scott Jennings.

So sick of this crap. Imagine being guilty of human trafficking and thinking you are an American hero. And did we mention he is a gang member and wife beater.

Correct me if I’m wrong but the bull horns are symbolic of the gang he’s associated with. It’s right in plain sight.

One user suggested that Xinis used legal chicanery to spring the foreign thug.
LAWFARE: Judge Paula Xinis falsely claimed ICE needed a nonexistent “order of removal” form to hold Kilmar Abrego Garcia. She sidestepped Congress’ jurisdiction limits to free him. Pure judicial sabotage of immigration law.

“Paula Xinis ruled that because ICE could not produce an ‘order of removal’ in a format she invented, there is no lawful basis to detain Kilmar Abrego Garcia. But immigration courts do not issue such a form, and Congress removed district courts from reviewing these cases nearly 30 years ago. By declaring the order ‘nonexistent,’ she manufactured jurisdiction and granted release. Her six month obstruction of Garcia’s removal shows exactly why Congress barred district judges from intervening in INA cases,” the user wrote.
“The White House, the administration, oppose this activism from a judge who is really acting as a judicial activist, which unfortunately we have seen in many cases across the country,” she said. “Abrego Garcia is present in our country illegally,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said of Xinis.
