Biden brags about LGBTQ quota, issues executive order declaring war on 300 ‘ultra-MAGA’ bills

In a move that would interfere with states’ rights to self-govern — a foundation of America’s constitutional republic and the subject of the 10th Amendment — President Joe Biden has issued an executive order that is meant to help schools and other agencies to get around laws that have been enacted to protect children from being manipulated and/or harmed by radical LGBTQ ideology.

Timed to coordinate with Pride month, Biden once again invoked the “ultra-MAGA” moniker to malign half of America.

“I don’t have to tell you about the ultra-MAGA agenda, attacking families and freedoms,” he said at a White House celebration of Pride month prior to signing the executive order — his 91st since taking office, according to Ballotpedia.

“Three hundred discriminatory bills introduced in states across the country… In Texas, knocking on front doors to harass and investigate parents who are raising transgender children,” he said. “In Florida, going after Mickey Mouse for God’s sake.”

“We’re in a battle for the very soul of this nation,” Biden declared. “And that’s not hyperbole. We’re in a battle for the soul of the nation.”

It’s a statement upon which many conservative parents — parents who have been demonized for speaking out against Critical Race Theory and discussions of gender fluidity with first graders; parents whose little girls are being forced to compete against biological males in sports; parents who are learning “field trips” now include drag bars — would agree.

The bills this executive order condemns include Florida’s Parental Rights in Education legislation — disingenuously dubbed the “Don’t Say Gay” law by the left — which prevents schools from allowing the discussion of sexual identities with K-3 students and Arizona Governor Doug Ducey’s law prohibiting doctors from performing “irreversible gender reassignment surgery” on minors, the Daily Mail reports.

According to the White House, “the Federal Government must take action to address the significant disparities that LGBTQI+ youth face in the foster care system, the misuse of State and local child welfare agencies to target LGBTQI+ youth and families, and the mental health needs of LGBTQI+ youth.”

The “Executive Order on Advancing Equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Individuals” marks the Biden administration’s promise to “safeguard LGBTQI+ from dangerous practices like so-called ‘conversion therapy’ — efforts to suppress or change an individual’s sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression — a discredited practice that research indicates can cause significant harm, including higher rates of suicide-related thoughts and behaviors by LGBTQI+ youth.”

Present at the signing were Assistant Secretary for Health Admiral Rachel Levine and the undersecretary of defense, Shawn Skelly, whom Biden described as, “The first and second transgender Americans to be Senate confirmed in American history.”

In addition to going after conversion therapy, Biden has enlisted Health and Human Services Secretary Alex M. Azar II in his attack on “harmful and discriminatory” state laws.

“The Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) shall, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, use the Department of HHS’s authorities to protect LGBTQI+ individuals’ access to medically necessary care from harmful State and local laws and practices, and shall promote the adoption of promising policies and practices to support health equity, including in the area of mental health care, for LGBTQI+ youth and adults,” according to the EO.

Azar will have 200 days to present sample policies “for States to safeguard and expand access to health care for LGBTQI+ individuals and their families, including mental health services.”

And Biden has empowered the Secretary of Education, Miguel Cardona, to “use the Department of Education’s authorities to support LGBTQI+ students, their families, educators, and other school personnel targeted by harmful State and local laws and practices, and shall promote the adoption of promising policies and practices to support the safety, well-being, and rights of LGBTQI+ students.”

“Pride is back at the White House,” the Biden administration stated.
