White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, often described by the compromised media as the “architect” of President Donald J. Trump’s immigration policy, told Fox News host Sean Hannity this week that he had been banned from appearing on CNN.
“So, over the last few days, our brilliant White House communications shop has reached out to CNN, which, of course, is running one fake news hit piece after another, and they said, ‘Stephen Miller would like to come on your network to rebut any of these lies,'” Miller said.
“And they asked, ‘What show?’ They said, ‘Stephen Miller will do any show from dawn to dusk.’ They said, ‘What topic?’ The White House said, ‘Stephen is available to discuss any topic with any host at any time,'” he continued. “‘As far as you’re concerned, Stephen has no scheduling conflicts at all. He will make himself available from the first hour of air to the last hour of air on any subject.'”
“And CNN’s response was, ‘We will not take him, period, for any show on any topic.’ That is completely true, Sean.”

As seen above, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung backed Miller’s claim with his response to the clip.
“Stephen Miller has graciously made himself available to appear on any CNN show these last few days to discuss a wide range of topics and to push back on fake news,” Cheung posted on X. “Yet, CNN is so afraid they declined to have him on, probably because they know he’d run circles around any of their hosts. CNN is actively engaging in partisan politics and acting as the propaganda arm of the Democrat party.”
In another post, Cheung noted that the White House “has again made Stephen Miller available to CNN for a third day (any time, any show, any topic). They have declined, presumably because they are scared Stephen will school them and call out Fake News.”
He concluded by dubbing CNN the “Chicken News Network.”

It wasn’t until being called “chicken” and being called out by Vice President JD Vance, that the network responded. CNN did not deny that Miller had been banned, sating he was “welcome to come on our air,” before adding “as the news warrants.”
“Members of the administration, including Stephen Miller, are welcome to come on our air. As a news organization, we make editorial decisions about the stories we cover and when, and that depends on the news priorities of the day. We look forward to having Stephen on again in the future as the news warrants,” a statement from CNN said.

For the record, Miller’s last appearance on CNN was reportedly a heated segment in early October that was focused on anti-ICE protests in Portland.
“ICE officers have been subjected to over a hundred nights of terrorist assault, doxing, murder threats, violent attack, and every other means imaginable to try to overturn the results of the last election through violence,” Miller said at the time.
