Bank records detailed by the House Oversight and Accountability Committee have revealed the millions raked in by the Biden family in connection with Hunter Biden’s foreign business deals.
On Wednesday, Committee chair Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) released the third memo on bank records related to the investigation of then-Vice President Joe Biden’s alleged influence peddling. Those records accounted for a reported $20 million received from Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine combined within the time Biden served under then-President Barack Obama.
“During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him as ‘the brand’ to reap millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine. It appears no real services were provided other than access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden himself,” a corresponding statement from Comer expressed. “And Hunter Biden seems to have delivered.”

“This is made clear by meals at Café Milano where then-Vice President Joe Biden dined with oligarchs from around the world who had sent money to his son,” the chair offered as one example.
Other specifics in the report pointed to Rosemont Seneca, co-founded with then-business partner Devon Archer, which was utilized as a shell company to move $3.5 million from Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina and from Burisma where they both sat on the board.

As the report summarized, “Hunter Biden received millions of dollars in payments from Yelena Baturina, Burisma, and Kenes Rakishev (a close associate of the prime minister of Kazakhstan). Vice President Biden had dinner with them in the spring of 2014 and 2015 in Washington, D.C.”
The news followed Archer’s recent testimony before Congress where the longtime friend of Hunter Biden had answered questions about the estimated 20 times that the then-vice president had been on calls while his son participated in business meetings.
Comer went on to state in the release, “It’s clear Joe Biden knew about his son’s business dealings and allowed himself to be ‘the brand’ sold to enrich the Biden family while he was Vice President of the United States.”
The chairman further noted that the investigation would continue with these latest findings, “The House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the money trail and obtain witness testimony to determine whether foreign actors targeted the Bidens, President Biden is compromised or corrupt, and our national security is threatened.”
