Dana Loesch offers four-word response to suggested ‘return to 2020 pandemic measures’ over ‘summer surge’

While the left stands resolute that the 2020 presidential election was not rigged, as former President Donald Trump has proclaimed on many an occasion — see FBI actions — there is no argument that the election was marred by the COVID-19 pandemic, with lockdown rules setting the stage for millions of unsolicited mail-in ballots to flood the playing field.

And while the media appears to be campaigning even harder on behalf of Kamala Harris than they did for Joe Biden in 2020, an op-ed published by The Hill suggests the left has lockdown dreams dancing in their heads once again.

The headline says it all, “Summer COVID surge shows we may have to return to 2020 pandemic measures.”

“We all need to prepare for not only the possibility of continued disruptions but for another new normal that might be a little closer to 2020 than how we’ve recently been living,” the piece declared, going on to bemoan, “Mask mandates, social distancing guidelines and restrictions on large gatherings have all but disappeared.”

Conservative pundit Dana Loesch summed up how millions of Americans feel with a four-word response to the piece: “No way in hell.”

The irony here is that masks were proven to be largely ineffective in preventing the transfer of the virus and the 6 ft. social distancing rule was entirely made up, with even Anthony Fauci reluctantly admitting that it “sort of just appeared” out of thin air.

Given the response to Loesch’s post, social media users may have been “hoodwinked” once but they are adamant that they won’t fall for the ruse a second time.

Here’s a quick sampling of those responses, as seen on X:
