No one or nothing is safe amid the mental illness epidemic seemingly gripping the country.
A “demonic” woman was finally arrested after video caught her ruthlessly murdering her puppy in the street.
Hahn Nguyen, 75, of Anaheim, California, was seen luring her dog, Blackey, a 9-month-old Pit Bull mix, with food under her Honda Odyssey to drive over it.
She caught poor Blackey under her back tire, where she “sat the wheel” as the dog was mercilessly crushed to death.
What was Blackey’s alleged “crime” to deserve an agonizing death from someone whom he had no choice but to depend on? Chewing on her boyfriend’s shoes — as puppies do!
Before Nguyen’s arrest, Fox News Bill Melugin said he’d never been so “infuriated” after watching a video on X. He asked X users to share the story and posted a screenshot of the vehicle and a link to the horrifying video the Santa Ana police provided in a separate post.
“Someone will know something. Internet, do your thing,” he said.
Hours later, Melugin reported that the demented woman had been arrested:
BREAKING UPDATE: Santa Ana PD says they’ve arrested the suspect caught on camera purposely running over a puppy after baiting it with dog food, killing it. Her name is Hahn Nguyen, and PD says they caught her after getting a hit on an automatic license plate reader. https://t.co/zTWwnv95CI pic.twitter.com/IImBMt3Fui

NEW: I’m told by a federal law enforcement source that Hahn Nguyen, the suspect arrested by police in Santa Ana, CA for fatally crushing a puppy with her vehicle after baiting the puppy with dog food, is a Vietnamese national who was naturalized into a U.S. citizen in the 1970s. pic.twitter.com/t1QvbwJ9PJ

Santa Ana Police charged Nguyen with animal abandonment, a misdemeanor, and animal cruelty that can be filed as either a misdemeanor or a felony, and was being considered by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office at the time of filing.
Folks on X thought she deserved much harsher punishment for her evil act:
The demon who ran over a puppy and let the car sit on the puppy for 15 seconds is arrested. Death sentence in my opinion. pic.twitter.com/HK8pgii9QT

Violence against animals is one of the strongest predictors of violence against people that’s why the FBI tracks it. I am glad she got caught so she won’t hurt animals or people anymore

I’m glad she got caught.
I wish we could legally do to her what she did to that dog.
That story will haunt us animal lovers for a long time.
As soon as saw it, I got sick to my stomach, literally.— Lori Doyle` (@lobrje) October 1, 2026
If you can harm an animal without hesitation you can harm a person too. No regard for life at all. She lured that dog out just to kill it. She does not belong in society.

As LucaRoe reiterated, animal cruelty is a “wobbler” charge in California. “Because of course it is (da fuq y’all doing over there??) — it better be a felony. This decrepit POS needs to be in jail,” they said.
WHAT THE ACTUAL FU€K!?!?! She put kibble down, sat her puppy down so it would run to it, got back in her van, then deliberately ran the puppy over pinning it under back tire for 15 seconds before driving away. It was her puppy.. she did this because the puppy was annoying her…
