Billionaire Elon Musk’s own mother is asking him to take action against CNN over their coverage of what they are calling a “Nazi salute.”
It would appear that CNN just can’t seem to learn their lesson when it comes to covering controversial topics, and Maye Musk wants her son to teach them again. Reaching out on X, she encouraged her son to take legal action against the network after reportedly receiving hateful comments.
Look:
I have been receiving so much hatred because of the @CNN panel with @crampell yelling about Nazi salutes. @elonmusk , please sue them.
Thank you @ScottJenningsKY for trying to intervene with the truth. https://t.co/YsswNI7GSP— Maye Musk (@mayemusk) January 29, 2025

The panel in question:
Hey @elonmusk, please sue @crampell and CNN for defamation.
The way they continue to drag your good name through the mud with their N*zi salute hoax is reprehensible.
If they get away doing it to you then they’ll do it to all of us without consequences.pic.twitter.com/0MsZ7WvLO3

CNN is fresh off losing a defamation lawsuit after Navy veteran Zachary Young was awarded $5 million in emotional damages when the network defamed him. As BizPac Review previously reported, correspondent Alex Marquardt accused Young of illegally profiting off of efforts to rescue people in Afghanistan during the disastrous withdrawal under President Joe Biden.

It would appear Musk has many X users in his corner, should he go forward with litigation:
Elon should sue CNN, then offer to buy them at a discount

Yes, sue them. They should be called the Cancer Network. I’m so sick of blatant lies.
