FAFO! Trump orders outline for punishment, deportation of antisemite thugs to include students on visas

President Donald Trump is reportedly expected to sign an executive order demanding federal agencies “identify civil and criminal authorities available to combat antisemitism,” which may be bad news for some students.

The New York Post is reporting that anti-Jewish activists, including those involved in the anti-Israel protests, who violated laws may be subject to penalties such as deportation, especially if they are on a visa.

“The order requires agency and department leaders to provide the White House with recommendations within 60 days and outlines plans for the Justice Department to investigate pro-Hamas graffiti and intimidation, including on college campuses, according to a document describing the order,” the Post wrote. “The executive order calls for the deportation of resident aliens — including students with visas — who broke laws as part of anti-Israel protests following the Oct. 7, 2023, terrorist attacks in Israel, which sparked the invasion of Gaza, the document reviewed by The Post says.”

Last month, six House committees issued a report demanding the federal government do more to combat antisemitism, suggesting setting conditions on aid to colleges where anti-Israel demonstrations took place and disrupted learning.

“That report focused heavily on Columbia University, the site of a large encampment that featured many documented instances of anti-Jewish remarks against pro-Israel activists and Jewish students, and noted that the allegedly permissive college took in $2.7 billion in federal funds in fiscal year 2023,” the Post revealed.

According to the report, the Biden administration intentionally made it difficult to request records pertaining to how many visa holders were among the protesters, appearing as if the federal government was trying to shield antisemitic protesters from scrutiny.

Last week, Trump signed an executive order that may aid in the deportation process of these visa holders. The order said that the United States must “ensure that admitted aliens and aliens otherwise already present in the United States” don’t “support designated foreign terrorists,” such as Hamas.

While hate speech is not always a punishable offense by itself in the United States, the Supreme Court ruled in the 1972 case of Kleindienst v. Mandel that the federal government could refuse to issue a visa to a Belgian Marxist. This followed previous cases in which it was affirmed the lawful deportation of non-citizens, specifically anarchists and Communists.
