Estranged wife of Fani Willis fling UNLOADS, says he hasn’t paid spousal support since his resignation

Disgraced former special prosecutor Nathan Wade’s estranged wife unloaded on him in a Fulton County courtroom this Friday.

As previously reported, Wade is the guy disgraced Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis hired (and later had an affair with) to help prosecute former President Donald Trump.

After the affair became public, Wade resigned in disgrace after a Georgia judge said that the case against Trump could only move forward if either he or Willis quit the case.

Dovetailing back to the present, according to wife Joclyn Wade, her husband claimed after his resignation that it “constitutes a substantial change in circumstance, rendering him unable to meet his financial obligation” in their ongoing divorce proceedings.

To double-check, Joclyn “sought updated financial documentation from Fulton County regarding Plaintiff’s employment as a Special Assistant District Attorney,” according to court documents reviewed by Fox News.

And surprise, surprise, those documents showed that Wade is stacked with money courtesy of two checks worth a total of $53,000 that he received sometime before April 8th.

April 8th is the day Wade reportedly filed an emergency motion begging for a modification to the payment arrangement he’d agreed to as per his ongoing divorce.

But as noted in court filings submitted Friday by Joclyn, the payment proves that no modification is even needed.

“There appears to be no plausible explanation other than Plaintiff’s deceitfulness to justify his pursuit of emergency relief from this Court on April 8, 2024, alleging essentially insolvency when he had received Fifty-Three Thousand Dollars only three (3) days prior,” the court filing read.

“As additional evidence of Plaintiff’s lack of candor and deceit towards this Court, both checks and corresponding invoices to Fulton County pertain to work performed in October and November of 2023. Plaintiff did not resign until March 15, 2024; thus, it is reasonable to infer that there are further outstanding payments due to Plaintiff that likely have not been disbursed as of the current date,” they continue.

Wade’s motion begging for a modification came four days after Jocelyn accused him of not paying her court-ordered expenses and demanded that he be held in “contempt of court.”

“She alleged that her husband, with whom an agreement in divorce proceedings was made earlier this year, had neglected to pay court-ordered medical expenses, contributing to a ‘worsening’ health condition that could ‘necessitate emergency intervention,'” Fox News notes.

“Defendant urgently requires medical procedures, namely an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ultrasound, due to severe physical symptoms she has been enduring,” according to the filing. “These symptoms have significantly impacted her ability to consume most foods, leading to a substantial weight loss, notwithstanding her already slender stature when in better health,” the filing stated.

As noted earlier, Willis had a relationship with Wade. During their relationship, Willis grossly overpaid Wade for his supposed work, and Wade in turn then paid for them to vacation together.

Willis later claimed she’d reimbursed Wade for the vacations in cash.

“I don’t need anything from a man — a man is not a plan. A man is a companion. And so there was tension always in our relationship, which is why I would give him his money back,” she testified.

But in a Truth Social post published in March, Trump expressed doubt, claiming she’d made up the cash story to save face.

“WHERE DID FANI GET ALL THAT CASH? NO WAY SHE PAID HER LOVER, ‘PROSECUTOR’ NATHAN WADE, BACK. SHE MADE UP THE CASH STORY WHEN SHE REALIZED THAT HER ‘SEXCAPADES’ WERE PAID FOR BY THE PEOPLE OF GEORGIA,” he wrote.

“AGAIN, WHERE’S THE CASH, AND WHERE DID IT COME FROM? THE FACT IS, THERE WAS NO CASH PAID, THAT WAS JUST AN EXCUSE SHE MADE UP AFTER SHE GOT CAUGHT. THE CASE CAN’T BE CLOSED UNTIL THIS IS DETERMINED,” he added.

Trump concluded the post by arguing that Willis’ “Witch Hunt” case against him was motivated by a desire for fame and money and should therefore be dropped.

“In any event, they were lovers and friends long before this Witch Hunt was started. THEY WANTED MONEY AND FAME! Worked with Biden’s DOJ (spent days with them in D.C.) in going after Crooked Joe’s Opponent, ME. Terrible stuff! THIS CASE MUST BE DROPPED — A GREAT EMBARRASSMENT TO GEORGIA!” he wrote.
