The Biden-era FBI didn’t just investigate President Donald Trump — it also investigated the late Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley revealed this on Tuesday while speaking during a hearing about the FBI.
He said that the broad investigation, dubbed Arctic Frost, began as a look into Trump over whether he tried to overturn the 2020 election, but quickly expanded to include virtually the entire GOP.

“In total, 92 Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican-linked individuals, were placed under the investigative scope of Arctic Frost,” Grassley said. “On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk’s groups, Turning Point USA.”
“In other words, Arctic Frost wasn’t just a case to politically investigate Trump. It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and DOJ prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus,” he added.
President Donald Trump wasn’t pleased by this stunning finding.
“Why was the wonderful Turning Point under INVESTIGATION by ‘Deranged’ Jack Smith and the Corrupt & Incompetent Biden Administration?” he asked in a Truth Social post.
“They tried to force Charlie, and many other people and movements, out of business. They Weaponized the Justice Department against Sleepy Joe Biden’s Political Opponents, including ME!” he continued.
Also targeted by Arctic Frost was the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA).
“For years, the deep state, unelected Biden bureaucrats — including the FBI — used lawfare to target Republican AGs and many other close friends because we were allies of Donald Trump,” RAGA Executive Director Adam Piper said in a statement to Fox News.
“The Biden Administration bastardized the rule of law, gave license to lawless liberals, and did everything possible to kneecap any and all opposition. Republican AGs will work to hold these bad actors accountable and help President Trump restore objectivity to our federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies,” he added.
Trump, for his part, appears to be interested in turning the tables on Democrats by giving them some of the same treatment.
“President Donald Trump said Monday he’d consider naming far-left anti-fascism group Antifa as domestic terrorists, previewing a plan to crack down on what he’s cast as a widespread network of left-wing radicals inciting violence,” CNN reported.
“It’s something I would do, yeah,” the president replied when asked if he’d consider labeling Antifa a domestic terrorism group.

In addition to formally labeling left-wing terrorists as terrorists, Trump is also considering “bringing racketeering charges against some” radical left-wing groups.
“Trump has also raised the possibility of revoking tax-exempt status for liberal non-profits, and his attorney general and senior adviser have raised the prospect of criminal charges against groups or individuals who are allegedly targeting conservatives,” CNN begrudgingly noted.
Leftists like “weapons of mass destruction” hoaxer David Frum are livid over these plans.
“People around the president, the president himself, in his national televised address, are threatening to use the power of the state to attack not criminals but people who have different views, people who are organizing against him, people who are fundraising in order to challenge the president’s control of Congress,” Frum whined to The Times.
What he described was the BIDEN ADMINISTRATION!
“President Trump has already a long habit of attacking the political rights of people who disagree with him,” Frum continued bloviating. “In April, President Trump, at his own personal initiative, which is something that shouldn’t happen, ordered a criminal investigation of the main Democratic small-dollar donation arm, ActBlue.”
Never mind ActBlue’s blatant, clear-as-day corruption. That, of course, doesn’t matter to Frum. In fact, the only thing that does appear to matter to him is accruing power for the Democratic Party.
