He is being charged in Orlando on suspicion of first-degree murder in the deaths of Isaiyah Wright, 19, and little Ajahliyah Hashim, according to the New York Post.

The little girl was hit when a stray bullet entered her home. Her mother was also injured in the shooting. Both were in the living room when shots were fired from the passing car at 8:20 pm last Tuesday, according to police. They were evidently collateral damage in the drive-by.

Ajahliyah was rushed to a local hospital where she died two days after being shot, according to ClickOrlando. Her mother will survive her injuries.

As Brown was perp-walked to a police vehicle in handcuffs, he was seen with a huge evil smile on his face.

“She was such a beautiful girl, so quiet,” a neighbor who called 911 said regarding Ajahliyah.

Little Ajahliyah was a student at Eagle’s Nest Elementary School.

“Our students should not have to live in a world where their lives are in danger in their own neighborhoods,” Superintendent Maria Vazquez said in a statement. “I cannot imagine the pain Ajahliyah’s family is going through. We can not accept that these tragedies have become all too common in our community.”

ClickOrlando reported that a neighbor said she “heard the rapid gunfire” and called 911. A number of bullet holes could be seen at the victims’ home.

“They were really shooting,” the neighbor commented.

Wright had just turned 19 on August 23. He was taken to Health Central Hospital’s emergency room in Ocoee where he was pronounced dead by the attending medics. It is unknown if or why he was purportedly targeted in the shooting.

“I don’t know if he was a target,” Wright’s mother, Stacy Hall, sadly remarked during a candlelight vigil that was held Friday night in her son’s honor, according to WESH 2 News.

“I don’t know if he was set up. There’s a lot of things going through my head regarding my son,” the mother tearfully stated. “That was my son, and his family is mourning. His dad’s side is mourning, and nobody deserves to lose a child.”

“If anybody knows anything when it comes to my son, I do greatly appreciate if you say something,” Hall pleaded.

Neighbors told local ABC affiliate WFTV that the shootings have been an ongoing problem on their street.

“Pow, pow, pow, pow. I thought it was a machine gun. Pow, pow, pow, pow, pow,” one neighbor claimed. “They done shot up my house before.”

Another neighbor said bullets had struck her home in more than one shooting.

“Twice on my home and they were on Facebook saying ‘I shot your grandma’s house up,’” she told WFTV.
