Former NFL player sues ex-wife over comments on the size of his package

Former NFL player Matt Kalil is suing his ex-wife, Haley, for comments she made about his penis during a livestream.

Tensions between Kalil and his ex, influencer and model Haley, have resulted in a lawsuit after she described his penis as being “two Coke cans, maybe even a third” in size while on a podcast. Naturally, the clip went viral, and instead of being flattered by what many would describe as a complimentary description, Kalil is taking it to court.

He is claiming that since the comments were made, he has “been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.” The pair had married in 2015 and were together for seven years before divorcing. Kalil, who played for both the Vikings and the Panthers, has remarried to model Keilani Asmus, who he says has also received harassment as a result of the comments. Some of the messages, which were included in the lawsuit, were described as “increasingly frequent, disturbing and alarming in nature over time.”

Haley, who goes by the username “haleyybaylee” online, was “shocked” by the sudden legal action, she said in a statement to Page Six on Tuesday.

“The truth is in the original livestream — which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account. I speak highly of [Kalil] in multiple ways throughout that conversation,” she pointed out, adding that she is “shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing.”

“Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”

The entire “ordeal” stems from a discussion Haley had on a Twitch livestream in November. Talking about her relationship with Kalil and the reason for the split, she shared something with the host that wasn’t meant for public consumption. He did make some statements afterward, though, that appear to relate to his size.

“Deada**… for our whole marriage, deada**. But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapists, doctors. Not even lying… Looked up lipo-type s***… That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself,” she said. “That was the biggest factor… Love him, but he’s my homie… No, because he’s like .01 percent of the population. We’ve tried, impossible unless you’re going to be in tears type s**t.”
