‘He needs to go!’ Mom reacts after NC lets illegal who molested her daughter WALK

A North Carolina mother has her own idea of what justice looks like after an illegal alien allegedly molested her 13-year-old daughter.

The man was able to bond out after being charged because local authorities “failed to honor” an ICE detainer, according to the Department of Homeland Security, which deemed the suspect to be “one of the worst of the worst criminal aliens.”

“Jordan Renato Castillo-Chavez was released after North Carolina authorities failed to honor the ICE detainer,” the DHS X account posted. “Castillo-Chavez, a criminal illegal alien from Costa Rica, was arrested for indecent liberties with a child, first degree sexual exploitation of a minor, attempted statutory sexual offense with a child less than 15 years old, and solicitation of a child by a computer.”

The DHS X account shared a local news affiliate interviewing the victim’s mother, who said deportation is the only justice.

“We need justice. He needs to go,” the woman sobbed.

The Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office claimed ICE did not request a detainer, but advance notice of Castillo-Chavez’s release, according to WOSC-TV. The department told the affiliate that they did not inform ICE that Castillo-Chavez was bonding out because they were not legally required to do so.
