The queen of “deplorable” takes dropped a doozy about Elon Musk’s response to Taylor Swift’s endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris while finding no cause to turn down the temperature.
One day after another assassination attempt was made on former President Donald Trump, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was making the rounds to promote a new book as well as to demonize “MAGA characters.” While she would go on to make a “Troubling” suggestion about Americans allegedly pushing “propaganda,” she herself accused Musk of wanting to rape Swift.
Joining the “On with Kara Swisher” podcast, the twice-failed presidential candidate was prompted by the host, “Please comment on that…said he would essentially have a baby with her or forcibly have a baby with her.”
“Yeah, impregnate her, which, you know, is kind of another way of saying rape, I think,” asserted Clinton. “I can’t understand, you know, why he says what he says. You and I have talked about this before. It just is beyond imagination.”
“When I see Trump or I see him, but you know really the whole cast of these MAGA characters, and especially for the so-called masters of the universe in the technology world, misogyny is such a part of their worldview, and they gravitate toward toughness and brutality and machoism. And you know, here’s Taylor Swift, a self-made billionaire who brings joy to people, who imparts life lessons, particularly to girls and women. They can’t stand it,” she added.
Of course, Clinton’s interpretation of what Musk posted took considerable liberties as the world’s richest man hadn’t even mentioned a sexual act in his reaction, consensual or otherwise, when he posted, “Fine Taylor … you win … I will give you a child and guard your cats with my life.”

Adding another layer to the divisive rhetoric pile on, the secretary joined MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” Monday night where she embraced an assault on the First Amendment while dredging up Russian collusion claims, reiterated the tired attacks against Trump regarding Project 2025, and alleged he had a “desire to be a dictator on day one.”
After calling for the indictment of Russians allegedly involved in “direct election interference,” Clinton proposed the same for Americans who “parrot Russian talking points.”
“But I also think there are Americans who are engaged in this kind of propaganda. And whether they should be civilly, or even in some cases criminally, charged is something that would be a better deterrent,” she told the host, noting that Russians were unlikely to have to stand trial in American courts.
Musk shared the clip of Clinton’s apparent desire to crackdown on free speech with the caption, “Troubling.”

In the same interview with Rachel Maddow, as the public sought answers and accountability after a second individual had managed to put the life of the Republican presidential nominee in danger, the secretary lamented, “I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for the press to have a consistent narrative about how dangerous Trump is.”
“His demagoguery, his danger to our country and the world,” she added the same day that Trump had pointedly found fault with the rhetoric of Harris and President Joe Biden for “causing me to be shot at.”
Clinton’s take led others to suggest she was only further stoking the flames to promote violence against the GOP leader and his supporters while peddling authoritarian aims.

Troubling, so if I do not like what you say, I call it propaganda and throw you in jail? OMG, this is straight out of the 1930’s.

There is no more concerning trend in “progressive” politics than the tendency to label anything that deviates ever so slightly from whatever is ‘the current thing’ as ‘misinformation’ or ‘disinformation’ … it robs proper technical words of their meaning to censor differences

Absolutely insane. Believe it or not, we have a right to be wrong.
