Author Stephen King has made tens of millions of dollars as a storyteller and now he’s spinning another wild tale about Florida which he claims has banned his books, a complete lie.
In addition to being a prolific novelist, the “master of horror” is also a diehard Democrat activist who like most leftists, has spent the last eight years wallowing in the mental morass of Trump Derangement Syndrome that has compelled him to share his delusions on social media.
Democrats and their minions have gotten much mileage over the big lie that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is banning books in the Sunshine State, as big a distortion of reality as the so-called “don’t say gay” law, and King took to X to make a fool out of himself with his blatantly false claim.
Florida has banned 23 pf my books.
What the fuck?— Stephen King (@StephenKing) August 31, 2024
“Florida has banned 23 of my books. What the f**k?” King wrote, which is a gross exaggeration over some of his novels being deemed inappropriate for inclusion in elementary school libraries, much like other smut including the graphic homosexual porn that’s been pushed on kids by leftist perverts and groomers masquerading as educators.
One of the “banned” books is King’s massive 1986 novel “It” which would be inappropriate enough for young kids with its graphic descriptions of violence by an evil child-murdering clown, but for some completely unnecessary reason, the author chose to include a scene of a child sex orgy with a young girl servicing numerous boys.
What King omits for his 7.1 million followers and a corrupt media that is amplifying his disinformation is that not one of his books has actually been banned by the Florida government and all are easily available in bookstores, online outlets, and adult libraries.
But why let the truth get in the way of a good story?

None of your books are banned.
They are still available in stores everywhere in Florida.
Removing adult material from elementary school libraries because they contain adult subject matter is NOT banning a book.— George Wept (@GeorgeWept) September 1, 2024
Books with orgies and other explicit sex scenes are not appropriate for young children. Removing them from school libraries is not banning them and it’s frankly disturbing you’re this upset that minors are not easily able to access the explicitly sexual material you’ve written.

Not “banned”.
Removed from the eyes of kids. Appropriately placed.
That’s what happens when you write a book that includes an 0rgy with a bunch of CHILDREN you sicko.

You’re lying. Some of your books that contain explicit sexual material were removed from elementary schools. But let’s talk about why you’re mad about this… Do you think it’s appropriate for children to read about orgies?
— Liz Wheeler (@Liz_Wheeler) September 2, 2024
The orgy chapter in It isn’t really appropriate for 10 year olds.

Stop lying none of your books are banned. They have been removed from school libraries because they are not age appropriate. Not one single adult person in the state of Fl is prevented from buying owning or reading any of your books.

I’m a teacher in Florida. Every one of your books that is appropriate for children/young adults is still on the shelves. In fact, I took my students to our school library on Monday and one of the boys in my class checked out “The Eyes of the Dragon”.

Btw the book “It” has a child gang bang scene. So yeah it’s good his books are banned in schools https://t.co/TkuZYtlkQd

God forbid that the book that contains a scene of prepubescent children having a gang bang be banned from elementary schools. https://t.co/nR89vD3pUb

Sounds like you’re in Misery.

“There are no books banned in Florida. Sexually explicit material and instruction are not suitable for schools,” said Florida Department of Education spokesperson Sydney Booker who is quoted in a Newsweek story boosting King’s lie.
