With a congressional deposition on the horizon, an analysis of President Joe Biden’s administration showed how deeply connected to “the big guy” his son’s business dealings have been.
Currently facing federal charges in Delaware and California for alleged firearm offenses and tax evasion, the crux of the suspected corruption connecting Hunter Biden to his father via alleged criminal bribery remained unaddressed. With the younger Biden slated to sit before the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability at the end of February, Fox News Digital reviewed the ties between father and son.
“Nearly two dozen current and former officials serving in the White House and Biden administration…have extensive ties to Hunter Biden, who is accused by Republicans of selling access to his father dating back over a decade,” the outlet reported Monday, having analyzed connections to both former and current officials.
“The most notable individuals from Fox’s analysis include two members of Biden’s Cabinet, one former Cabinet member, a top aid to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, a national security adviser, four top Biden White House aides, the communications director for first lady Jill Biden, and multiple other former staffers,” the report laid out.
From Secretary of State Antony Blinken, his wife Evan Ryan, and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan to White House aide Michael Hochman, the links made through Hunter Biden’s emails ran the gamut of rank in the administration.
They included: Jill Biden’s communications director Elizabeth Alexander, Former White House communications director Kate Bedingfield, Pentagon deputy director of protocol Kathy Chung, 2020 chief campaign strategist and current senior adviser to Biden, Michael Donilon, outgoing climate czar John Kerry, member of the President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa (PAC-DBIA) John Nevergole, the president’s White House counselor Steve Ricchetti, director of Oval Office operations Annie Tomasini, as well as Biden’s current and former White House chiefs of staff, Jeff Zients and Ron Klain.
Much of Hunter Biden’s connections lined back to his now-defunct investment firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners, which he had co-founded in part with Kerry’s stepson Christ Heinz as well as Devon Archer. As previously reported, while his father was vice president, the younger Biden had been marked in attendance at two state dinners.

With Bedingfield, Fox News highlighted an email from 2015 where Rosemont Seneca had requested a Bloomberg story get quashed as it related to Hunter’s position on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings and ran counter to the narrative that the vice president was “anti-corruption.”
Nevergole had been a senior adviser to Rosemont Seneca, collaborating on business deals in western Africa and OAS, a Brazilian construction company. In 2011, Biden’s business partner Eric Schwerin had communicated discussions on a breakdown of retainer fees over the deal and said, “John also said that these splits shouldn’t be precedent for any work we may do together in Africa. I would assume it would be more like 50/50 there.”
As for Sullivan, he and Hunter had served together on the board of the foreign policy think tank the Truman National Security Project between 2017 and early 2019, the same time that Hunter remained on the board of Burisma and Chinese private equity fund BHR Partners.
Scrutiny over the discredited letter from intelligence officials claiming the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation before the 2020 presidential election had shown Blinken’s ties then as well as dating back to communications with Rosemont Seneca as far back as May 2010.

Chung, according to Fox News Digital’s analysis, had routinely shared details about the vice president’s schedule with Hunter when she served as Biden’s executive assistant.
“Hunter also had frequent contact with these other Biden administration officials and aides,” Fox News Digital reported, “first lady Jill Biden’s senior adviser, Anthony Bernal; Louisa Terrell, an assistant to the president and the director of the Office of Legislative Affairs; State Department protocol officer Nancy Orloff; U.S. Representative to the European Union Mark Gitenstein; former Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl, among others.”
