As hundreds gathered at the Idaho State Capitol in Boise for a vigil to honor Charlie Kirk, leftists could not hide their hatred.
A candlelight vigil for the conservative activist and founder of Turning Point USA, who was murdered earlier in the day at Utah Valley University, turned ugly as fights broke out. At one point, according to videos posted on social media, a man identified as the leader of the local Black Lives Matter chapter drove through the gathered mourners at the event organized by the Idaho Freedom Foundation.
“Why are Black Lives Matter leaders even pretending to have anything relevant to say. What they are doing is contributing to racial hatred and animosity,” author and political commentator, Dr. Carol Swain, posted on X in response to a video of the incident.

“That stunt didn’t end well – fists flew as attendees confronted him,” podcaster Mario Nawfal wrote on X. “Cops moved in and broke it up before things got too out of hand.”
This is the clown that showed up to a candlelight vigil for Charlie Kirk tonight to cause a disturbance. He was arrested. Some asked, “What’s in the backpack?”
Apparently, a gun and drugs. This man was out to hurt someone tonight. This is not the first time he’s done this. pic.twitter.com/r4i8YbL0Rm

“Idaho News 6 reporter Brady Caskey was on scene when a fight broke out after he says a man riding by on a Lime bike yelled an expletive about Kirk while the vigil was going on,” KIVI-TV reported.
“He says the argument between the man and some people at the vigil became physical moments before Boise Police responded and took someone into custody. It’s not clear whether anyone was arrested or cited following the incident,” the outlet added.
Thank you @BoisePD for keeping the heckler’s at bay tonight. Perhaps 1000 mourners joined in a prayer vigil at Idaho’s capital this evening for Charlie Kirk. If you think Charlie’s assassin was a one-off crazy, note that more than a dozen “protestors” showed up 20 minutes after… pic.twitter.com/rj1ZHuf5qW
