‘It’s Harry’s turn’: Harry’s Razors features trans ‘man’ with double mastectomy scars in ad

Harry’s Razors may have just cut its own metaphorical throat with a new ad that features a topless biological “trans man” woman with enormous double-mastectomy scars celebrating her first Pride “with facial hair.”

Bud Light can now, according to many outraged conservatives, hold Harry’s beer.

Make no mistake, TikTok trans influencer Luke Wesley Pearson, who is featured in the Harry’s ad, is Dylan Mulvaney in reverse, only with a much smaller following.

With 159,500 followers, Pearson — a biological woman — claims to be “just a guy of trans experience.”

Meanwhile, Harry’s Razor brags that it gives “to organizations that promote better mental health care for men.”

“We set aside 1% of our sales to support nonprofits providing mental health care services to men in need,” the company states on its website. “We do this because, actually, it’s nothing short of an epidemic: Men are disproportionately affected by suicide.”

One of those nonprofit partnerships is with the Trevor Project, whose stated mission is to “end suicide among LGBTQ young people.”

And that’s where Pearson comes in.

Again, to be fair, the Trevor Project’s stated goal is to end suicide among young members of the LGBTQ community.

However, the group does say that there “is no ‘right’ age to understand your gender identity.”

“Some people know their gender from a very young age, and supporting them in this has many positive effects on their mental health and well-being. Other people transition later in life, when they are in an accepting environment to do so and have access to social, medical, or legal resources to support them. Other people explore their gender identity over the course of their entire lives,” the Trevor Project states. “Whatever age they are, it is your responsibility as an ally to uplift them at every stage of their journey.”

Harry’s says it has partnered with the Trevor Project because its contributions “will be used to revamp and modernize their crisis counselor training program.”

“In turn, thousands of additional volunteers will power their 24/7 text and chat services supporting LGBTQ youth,” the company states.

Regardless of where the money is going, many on social media are now calling for Harry’s Razors to be boycotted.

“Harry’s glamorizes self-mutilation in an effort to sell razors,” stated Matt Walsh on X. “If you still buy products from this company this is what you are directly supporting.”

“We’ve taken down Bud Light,” Walsh added. “Now it’s Harry’s turn.”

Many popular X users were quick to echo the sentiment.

“Harry’s Razors bout to get the Bud Light treatment,” predicted the Hodgetwins.

“STOP GIVING YOUR MONEY TO THESE HORRIBLE COMPANIES!!!!” exclaimed “Dear America” host Graham Allen. “END THIS MADNESS WITH YOUR WALLET!!”

“Looks like Harry’s Razors wants to receive the Bud Light treatment. Not only are they funding child gender mutilations with their profits, but the CEO is a total lunatic,” wrote Public Square CEO Michael Seifert. “Stop using their products and find razor companies on the @officialpsq app that know what a woman is.”
