Perhaps, the most effective strategy Donald Trump could employ in the 2024 presidential election is to let Kamala be Kamala.
Vice President Kamala Harris toured a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Michigan on Monday and was drawn to a “shiny” polysilicon rod, reaching out to touch it as the factory worker leading the Hemlock Semiconductors tour warned her off before she could be seriously injured.
“Here is, actually, a harvested U-rod,” the employee said, prompting the Democratic nominee to ask as she reached out, “Can I touch it?”
The employee quickly countered, “Do not touch it!… Please do not touch any of the poly — it is very sharp.”
“And shiny!” the vice president replied.
The Vice President of the United States, ladies and gentlemen.
Kamala at a semiconductor plant: “Can I touch it?”
Worker: “Do not touch it… Please do not touch any of the poly — it is very sharp.”
Kamala: “And shiny!
This is straight out of Veep.

As seen above, ex-Republican National Committee Communications Specialist Steve Guest responded to the incident in a post on X, “This is straight out of Veep,”
“She’s totally helpless,” the Trump War Room X account responded in a post of its own.
One social media user asked the appropriate question, “She can’t be around sharp objects, but she can be President?”
Here’s that post and a sampling of other responses, as seen on X:
Remember when she was fascinated that an electric vehicle charger didn’t smell like gasoline?

Like a child she has to touch everything. There is nothing happening in that head

The Democrats went from Senile Joe to, “Ooooh, don’t touch that, or you could cut yourself Kamala.” It’s not even a cognitive upgrade.

We need someone telling her “don’t touch that” every time she tries to add some woke crap to existing policy.

“Can I touch it” is how she got every job up until now.

Like walking around with a 3 year old. Ohh, that’s shiny. Can we go now?
