A crazy video shows the moment an accused pervert fainted upon learning how long he could spend behind bars if found guilty.
The man, 42-year-old Joshua James Lozano, is facing child exploitation charges in Arizona after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipped off local authorities. After tracing the IP address allegedly involved in accessing explicit content, the hospital employee was arrested and brought before a judge on Monday. During that hearing, the prosecutor requested a $150,000 bail, asked that Lozano be barred from accessing the internet, and informed the judge that the defendant potentially faced 10 consecutive felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. This means that, if convicted on all charges, he could be sentenced to 100 years in prison.
Meanwhile, Defense attorney Michael Tamou argued for a lower bond of only $50,000 and electronic monitoring. He noted Lozano’s local ties and sparse criminal history that only included a previous DUI and driving while suspended.
But during these arguments, the man of the hour fainted live on camera:
100 years. Then he dropped.

According to Fox 10, jail medical staff were contacted and proceedings were recessed until Lozano could be treated. The judge eventually granted the prosecution’s request and ordered a $150,000 secured bond.
“If he posts bail, Lozano is prohibited from contacting minors, banned from possessing a smartphone or accessing the internet outside his legal case, and required to wear an electronic monitor. For now, he remains in custody and is scheduled for a hearing on Sept. 21,” the outlet reported.
X users didn’t exactly have a lot of sympathy for the man:
What I would suggest would be much worse.

Put him in gen pop and let the boys save us taxpayers some bucks.

He should look on the bright side. Given the disdain that convicts have for pedos, he won’t have to be there even close to 100 years…

Hoping for a conviction. Place him in GenPop.
…will quickly learn all about sexual exploitation.
What a vile being.— Ric Dallas (@ric_dallas) September 14, 2026
It’s not like he’s going to reform. They all need a minimum 100 years.
