Rep. Lauren Boebert’s oldest son Tyler is in hot water after being busted on Tuesday in Rifle, Colorado for a string of alleged thefts in her district.

Tyler Boebert, 18, is now facing 22 criminal charges that include five felonies. Four of those are for criminal possession of ID documents with multiple victims. One charge is for conspiracy to commit, according to the Rifle Police Department. Boebert’s son will turn 19 next month.

“The teen also faces misdemeanor charges of four first-degree criminal trespassing of an automobile, with intent to commit a crime, four charges of identity theft, possession with intent to use, two charges for contributing to the delinquency of a minor,” the New York Post reported.

Along with the felony charges, he’s been slapped with three petty offenses for theft of less than $300. All told he faces more than 15 different misdemeanor and petty charges.

“Boebert is listed as a current inmate at the Garfield County Jail, according to their records. Bond has not yet been set for his release,” the Daily Mail reported. He is expected to be arraigned this afternoon.

This isn’t the first time Tyler Boebert has been in trouble either.

Westword reported that he was given a “careless driving causing bodily injury” ticket in 2022 for flipping his dad’s SUV into a creek bed. The accident injured his 19-year-old friend who was left with multiple concussions and a debilitating hand injury where his thumb was allegedly almost cut off. According to the Daily Mail, Noble D’Amato is accusing the Boebert family of covering it up.

“D’Amato says the younger Boebert was ‘stone-cold sober’ at the time of the accident. ‘And he still f**king flipped us,’ D’Amato said. ‘That shows you how much he just doesn’t care. He was driving so f**king fast,'” the Daily Mail stated.

Tyler Boebert cut a plea deal and was ordered to attend a mandatory “Alive at 25” driver awareness program. After that, prosecutors reduced the charge to a “defective vehicle for headlights” ticket. Tyler Boebert never appeared for his April 2023 court date according to the New York Post.

Westword noted that a bench warrant was issued for the teen. Tyler Boebert called the court and asked for the hearing to be held virtually at a later date. He also sent in the “Alive at 25” completion certificate.

Tyler Boebert and his girlfriend had a baby boy in June. Lauren Boebert confirmed she was a grandmother at the young age of 36.

The Boebert family has been an ongoing drama-fest for some time now.

Earlier in February, the Colorado Republican was granted a restraining order against her former husband, Jayson Boebert. He allegedly threatened to harm Lauren Boebert and himself.

“Jayson Boebert was released on bail from the Garfield County jail following his arrest on assault charges, one day after he claimed Lauren Boebert punched him in the face in a case of domestic violence,” the New York Post wrote.

“He ‘made multiple suicidal threats and threats to harm me over the past 14 months,’ the lawmaker claimed in a Garfield County court filing on Feb. 2,” the media outlet added.

The congresswoman has been involved in other scandalous events as well.

Lauren Boebert switched districts for her re-election bid in December. She’s now running in Colorado’s 4th Congressional District.

“I am going to do everything in my power to represent the 3rd District well for the remainder of this term as I work to earn the trust of grassroots conservative voters in the 4th District to represent them in 2025,” Boebert stated on Facebook.
