LeBron James’ son sent fleeing over gun scare at HS basketball game

Los Angeles Lakers left-wing player LeBron James got an up close and personal take on the end result of the pro-criminal policies he supports when his son had to be rushed from a high school basketball game amid a gun scare.

Bronny James and his California Basketball Club teammates were competing in a tournament just outside of Washington, D.C. on Saturday, playing DeMatha Catholic, when a fight broke out in the stands, according to Fox News.

At some point, someone reportedly shouted “gun,” resulting in a sudden stampede of fans — some running across the court itself. With chaos breaking out, the players were rushed off the court as well.

The high school basketball game was cut short and TMZ Sports reported that after a “thorough search,” officials did not find a firearm. There were no reported injuries as a result of the incident.

There were only two minutes left in the game, but DeMatha head coach Mike G Jones III told TMZ Sports that they ended the contest “out of an abundance of caution.”

The organizers also canceled a game scheduled for Sunday.

“Given the incident in the stands tonight during the CBC vs. Stags game at Wise High School, we have canceled Sunday’s event,” Paragon Marketing Group President Rashid Ghazi said in a statement.

Lebron James cofounded a political organization last year that advocates for criminal justice reform, declaring that “we need real solutions to stop police brutality,” according to CNN. Reforms made in the name of “equity” have resulted in criminal-friendly policies and surging crime as our jails become revolving doors, with criminals often out committing new crimes the same day they were arrested.
