Lincoln Project roasted over call to keep kids away from Trump supporters on Thanksgiving

Talk about ironies, the grifters over at the Lincoln Project weighed in on the Democrat-pushed falsehood that Donald Trump, as president of the United States, secretly spent Thanksgiving 2017 with deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The lie was easily debunked, but the fact that the Lincoln Project posted a comment expressing concern about children was a bridge too far for those who pay attention.

“If you know anyone who is still a staunch Trump supporter, even after all this, I would keep them away from any kids this Thanksgiving,” the grifters posted on X.

After scoring millions of dollars from Democrats by feigning opposition to Trump, staving off alleged foreclosures and mountains of debt, the supposed Republican group ran into a brick wall in 2021 for its management of finances and over the handling of sexual misconduct allegations against one of its co-founders — former Lincoln Project leader John Weaver allegedly sent sexually explicit text messages to young men. One was reportedly only 14 at the time.

There were questions about who knew what when, and whether the group tried to look past Weaver’s troubling actions to keep the money spigot flowing. According to Open Secrets, the group raised nearly $90 million in 2020, approximately $30.87 million in 2021-2022 and about $23.84 million in 2023-2024.

The group’s influence today is in the basement, along with its moral values, but, as the numbers above show, donors are still being duped, proving the old saying that a fool and his money are soon parted.

The Lincoln Project exists today via outrage porn, taking egregious positions to attack Trump and the GOP. They seem happy to play the role of stooge, providing a channel for the right to vent.

Here’s a sampling of the ridicule that flowed after their “concern” for the well being of children:
