‘Many powerful people. Many dirty secrets’: Sean Diddy Combs case just got REAL

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest may prove just the beginning after the “wall of silence” was broken and more than 100 new accusers teased “many powerful people will be exposed.”

While the Hip-Hop mogul remained in a New York jail, with bail denied twice little more than a year after he’d been awarded the key to the city, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee revealed that new lawsuits were in the works.

During a Tuesday press conference, the lawyer explained how his office had been contacted by more than 3,000 people and had thus far taken on at least 120 clients bringing forth their own accusations of sexual assault against Combs and his peers.

“I expect that through this process, many powerful people will be exposed; many dirty secrets will be revealed,” he contended. “The day will come when we will name names other than Sean Combs, and there’s a lot of names.”

“It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure — damn sure — that we’re right before we do that,” Buzbee went on. “The names will shock you.”

After the entertainer was arrested in mid-September, the unsealed indictment detailed charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion as well as transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs pled not guilty as the nature of the alleged “Freak Offs” became public knowledge and was being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

Buzbee, who previously defended Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) during his 2023 impeachment trial, explained how more than two dozen of the alleged victims were said to have been minors at the time of their accounts, including a then-nine-year-old boy who said he was sexually abused after Combs had promised his parents that the boy would get a record deal.

He noted that a number of clients had tested positive for a drug called Xylazine after they were allegedly victimized, describing it as a “horse tranquilizer.”

“Once that drink takes effect, the perpetrators perform all kinds of sexual acts on the victims, many times passing him or her around as other people watch and enjoy the show and then leave the victim ashamed, confused, injured and wondering what happened,” the attorney told the press.

Coordinating with the FBI, Buzbee expected lawsuits would begin to be filed within the next 30 days and, “I expect that through this process many powerful people will be exposed.”

“The biggest secret in the entertainment industry, that really wasn’t a secret at all has finally been revealed to the world. The wall of silence has now been broken and victims are coming forward,” he said as purported evidence included “collected pictures, videos [and] texts” to “expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors.”

Following Buzbee’s press conference, Erica Wolff, one of Combs’ attorneys, released a statement to the media that read, “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”

“That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” she went on. “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Meanwhile, the nature of the allegations and the potential network of people tied to the mogul left many concerned about the safety of Combs as his case was likened to convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
