Singer and actor “Meat Loaf” passed away on Thursday, leaving behind a universal adoration of his music as well as all of the memories his songs evoke.
But perhaps no song was sung more beautifully by him than the American national anthem. No thrills, no attention-grabbing changes, just a man belting out the glorious words of The Star-Spangled Banner in one of the most gorgeous voices in history.
