Reaching an “unfathomable” low, corporate media has seemingly set out to ruin the holdout juror of the Lindsay Clancy trial, prompting a gubernatorial asylum offer amid a surprising racial twist.
If there were any remaining doubts on how the country arrived at a place where large swaths of the population were defending filicide, corporate media is helping connect those dots. After celebrating some of the women who endeavored for days to pressure the lone holdout pushing for a guilty verdict for the admitted murderer of her three children, outlets are now running a smear campaign against the black man, emphasizing “allegations.”
NBC10 Boston was hit with a brutal community note after publishing an exclusive that the juror’s landlord is attempting to evict him and he has a “history of domestic violence allegations,” based on “court documents and interviews with family members.”
“Massachusetts law prohibits anyone ‘to engage in an act directed at a [juror] that seriously alarms or annoys such person’ with a penalty of up to 10 years imprisonment.”

Likewise, NBC10 journalist Sue O’Connell was called out, including by one user who begged the question, “Did your team pull the criminal history for EVERY juror or did you target the hold out black juror whose opinion clashed with your liberal, white ‘commentator’s’? Targeting a juror who has remained anonymous is deplorable.”
Question for @NBC10Boston :
Did your team pull the criminal history for EVERY juror or did you target the hold out black juror whose opinion clashed with your liberal, white “commentator’s”?
Targeting a juror who has remained anonymous is deplorable. https://t.co/T7ssPwj5Gt

That’s right. The liberal media doesn’t like black men who do not step in line. White liberals expect subservience from Black males and will try to destroy them if they try to express their own views. Look at Steven a. Smith. Liberals are racists

You are putting black lives in danger.

The juror has chosen to remain private, correct?
If so, this seems quite unethical for @NBC10Boston to participate in.
No one in the state of MA should want to be a juror ever. You guys have no respect for safety.

Offering a glimpse at how narrative-spinners were left figuring out how to handle the identity politics, the apparent real-time reaction of CBS News’ Gayle King found her telling her juror guest upon learning the holdout was a black man, “Whoa. I have to sit with that for a second.”
NEW: Lindsay Clancy juror Paula Devlin reveals on ‘CBS Mornings’ that the lone, male holdout juror who voted to find Clancy guilty of murdering her children was the *only* person of color — a black man.

Beyond apparent to many, in a day when unborn baby murder is celebrated by leftists who hope to see confused children chemically castrated and surgically mutilated, was how the spirit of the age refused to see a verdict handed down by its kangaroo court of public opinion buckled when a legal victory was within reach.
While Human Events’ Jack Posobiec simply stated, “Understand what is happening here … This isn’t just about punishing the lone juror … This is about the System threatening any juror who tries it again in the next trial,” the Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh made the matter even clearer.
“We’ve never seen anything like this before. A man was conscripted into jury duty by the government. He performed his civic duty and followed his conscience, refusing to acquit a woman who confessed to systematically executing her three children,” began Walsh.
“The defense attorney immediately launched a public smear campaign against the juror. Soon several other jurors joined the campaign. Then the media. Even the defense attorney’s wife has joined. Now they’re doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house,” he continued. “All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed. It’s truly one of the most outrageously evil things we’ve ever seen from the Left, and that’s saying something. A direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. They are burning down every boundary and standard in their path. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath. Unfathomable.”

With weeks remaining before the next scheduled hearing in the case wherein further coverage on the jurors was readily expected, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) stepped up on the side of sanity against the culture of death in Massachusetts, offering a safe haven in the Freedom State should the holdout juror need it: “A man objected to allowing a woman to kill her three young kids and get away with it, so NBC is trying to smear that juror, whose identity should be protected. Another low for legacy media. If the juror is being harassed, Florida will provide asylum — I’m sure he’d be welcomed and appreciated.”
