Mike Lindell blasts ‘disgusting’ lawyers, ‘frivolous’ lawsuits in newly released deposition video: ‘You’re an a**hole!’

You may slip gently into the most comfortable sleep of your life on one of Mike Lindell’s MyPillow products, but you might want to think twice about deposing the passionate CEO.

In a newly released video from Lindell’s March deposition for a Dominion Voting Systems defamation lawsuit brought by Dominion’s former director of product strategy and security, Eric Coomer, Lindell was less “Mr. Sandman” and more “Mr. SandBLAST.”

As the lawyer attempted to explain the deposition process — one with which Lindell made clear he was quite familiar — the lawyer advised the outspoken Trump supporter, “You need to do your best to respond only to my question.”

“Are you going to arrest me?” Lindell shot back. “I’ll say whatever I want, and if we have extra, that’s too bad. There’s no rule that says I can’t give a full answer. So, you know, I’m telling you the rules here.”

“Don’t tell me about my depositions,” he fumed. “You’re not my boss. You’re just some frivolous lawyer in here, and you’re bringing this frivolous case to me, and especially against a company that had nothing to do with anything. You’re disgusting.”

That set the tone for the rest of the roughly four-minute exchange.

“This case is pending in federal court,” the lawyer cautioned him.

“I don’t care,” Lindell replied.

Warned that the federal judge would “likely be reading and watching this deposition,” Lindell again stated, “I don’t care.”

“She should have dismissed this a long time ago,” he said. “She hasn’t ruled on that. … I got a problem with her too.”

“You just let me worry about the judge reading this, okay,” he told the attorney. “You just don’t worry about me. You’re not out for my benefit. .. Don’t worry if I say something that offends the judge. You just let me worry about that, you got that?”

“It’s disgusting to our country that she couldn’t make a ruling,” he later said. “‘But go ahead and do deposition.’ If there was some guy that don’t have money, you would put them under just in this garbage. Wasting my day, wasting my time. But think if it was someone on the street. Don’t you care about people? This is disgusting!”

When told he may incur “legal fees and costs” should they have to return because he was “not being responsive or acting in good faith,” Lindell snapped back, “I might just come after you guys for the most frivolous case ever when this is done. If there is a way to sue you, believe me, I’m doing it.”

“Beyond anything you’ve ever seen,” he added, “so be prepared.”

And all of that happened before the actual deposition began. Things got even more heated when one of Coomer’s attorneys suggested that his pillows are “lumpy.”

“When you say lumpy pillows, now you’re an a**hole, you got that?” Lindell stated. “You’re an a**hole is what you are!”

Even Lindell’s attorney tried to caution him.

“No, he’s an a**hole,” Lindell raged. “He’s an ambulance-chasing a**hole.”

“That’s what you are,” he told Coomer’s lawyer.

“‘Lumpy pillows,'” he scoffed. “Kiss my a**! Put that in your book.”

“Obviously you don’t have a MyPillow too,” Lindell added. “You don’t, do you?”

“A**hole,” he repeated. “But go ahead.”

If anyone thought the release of these deposition clips were going to somehow crush Lindell’s popularity, they should think again.

On X, users had one common thought: Time to buy another pillow.

“I might have to buy another MyPillow after watching this,” declared Trending Politics co-owner Collin Rugg.

“I had to buy a pillow after this,” said another user.

“If somebody thought they were going to hurt Mike Lindell’s reputation with his customer base by releasing videos of him ripping apart a condescending lawyer at a deposition, they made a grave miscalculation,” noted yet another.

And at least one user on X wants to send Coomer’s lawyer a gift.

“I think the lawyer needs a MyPillow,” the user wrote. “Someone should send him a promo code.”

“Mike Lindell will tolerate a lot of things,” one user stated, “but a conspiracy theory about lumpy pillows isn’t one of them.”
