Department of War Secretary Pete Hegseth joined the Air Force Academy’s early-morning PT with the cadets.
Video posted by the Department of War Rapid Response X account shows the secretary walking into the academy as the cadets prepare for the morning’s exercises. He was greeted with cheers, handshakes and smiles as he made his way through the crowd.

This comes as Hegseth has worked to reform the United States military, including by enforcing more stringent standards. He summed them up as “No fatties. No trannies. No beardos. No weirdoes. No wimps. No radicals, just warriors.”
