Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is facing a difficult task trying to get attention as a third-party candidate, largely due to what he sees as a media controlled by the Democratic Party.
The candidate joined Fox News host Neil Cavuto on Friday’s edition of “Your World” where he talked about the obstacles of getting his message out and how times have changed since the last serious run by an independent candidate over three decades ago with maverick Ross Perot’s candidacy in 1992 when he received fair coverage from the press.

“My challenge is to persuade Americans that I can win,” Kennedy said. “If they believe I can win then I, we believe we will win.”
“I’ve got the entire media, kind of this monolithic media, that is aligned with the DNC telling Americans every single day that I can’t win,” he continued. “And then denying me the ability, this is the only network, major network, that allows me to do interviews like this one.”
“I’ve done a total of four interviews on all the other networks, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC in 19 months, four interviews,” Kennedy added. “Ross Perot was on TV every single night, and they’re telling Americans every day that I can’t win.”
“We didn’t have that kind of alignment with the political parties we now have,” he said. “And it does make it very difficult…”
A bigger problem for Kennedy is that when he does manage to get mainstream media coverage, it’s for something negative that harms him in the eyes of voters.
The most recent example was when he had to fess up to dumping the carcass of a dead bear in New York City’s Central Park a decade ago to preempt the shock value of a left-leaning outlet’s hit piece.
RFK Jr. made his shocking confession to flabbergasted comedienne Roseanne Barr in a video posted to X in which he recalled what happened in 2014 when his idea of a prank went awry, drawing national media attention to a bizarre story that was an unsolved mystery until last week.
Looking forward to seeing how you spin this one, @NewYorker… pic.twitter.com/G13taEGzba

Kennedy, a member of the dynastic political family, initially tried to run as a Democrat but had to go the third-party route when the DNC once again rigged the primary process in favor of its preferred candidate, at the time Joe Biden who was the recent victim of a palace coup led by Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi.
“Abolishing that primary in order to fix the election, it’s like in the Soviet state, when the party picks the candidate instead of the people. It’s just wrong. At this point in our history. We should be showing how good our democracy is, how well on functions and not that it’s rigged,” RFK Jr. told Newsmax last summer.
He’s right about the Soviet nature of the Democratic Party, and their corrupt media is completely on board with the blatant rigging of the democratic process. It’s just like Stalin drew it up.
