Shouting Biden: ‘Name me a single objective we’ve ever set out to accomplish that we’ve failed on!’

President Joe Biden suddenly changed his tone during a speech Wednesday and started yelling that the US has never failed at “one thing.”

The speech given on Wednesday, following the second anniversary of the catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan, was given from the East Room of the White House and was meant to tout the one-year anniversary of the Inflation Reduction Act,  which did anything but that. Nevertheless, Biden is crowing over its delusional success.

As he was bragging about a non-existent win, he pointed to “our friends on the other side of the aisle,” and carped that all he hears from Republicans is how much is wrong in America since he took office.

“They’re telling us America is failing,” Biden stated, evidently blaming conservatives for everything he’s done. “Let me tell you, they’re dead wrong. They’re dead wrong. America isn’t failing. America is winning. And I’ve said a thousand times… there is no quit in America.”

At that point, Biden’s whole tenor changed. He got angry and acted as if he was sparring for a fight.

“Name me a single objective we’ve ever set out to accomplish that we’ve failed on. Name me one, in all of our history. Not one!” Biden shouted. “It’s never been a good bet to bet against America, and it’s still not a good bet today.”

There are 13 Gold Star families, as one example, who want a word with Biden on that claim concerning his botched withdrawal from Afghanistan that got their loved ones killed.

As far as the Inflation Reduction Act goes, the numbers don’t add up there either.

Vice President Kamala Harris claimed on Aug. 4 that inflation had dropped for 12 consecutive months. That’s rich considering the Biden administration was responsible for skyrocketing inflation to begin with and her claim is not true. The Consumer Price Index released in August showed that inflation rose 3.2% in July from the previous year.

That same report showed a 0.2% increase in the price of consumer goods from June. Harris either outright fibbed or failed to do her homework before making her statement.

The list of failed objectives for Biden is long. Those include the disastrous handling of the southern border and illegal immigration.

Democrats are demanding to know why Texas officials were separating families at the US-Mexico border ostensibly under orders from the Biden administration. It is a touchy subject that Democrats had accused former President Trump of doing.

When Biden wrapped up his speech on Wednesday, he proclaimed that America is “still the beacon to the world,” claiming our best days are still ahead of us.

“This isn’t about the past. It’s about the future we’re going to build. And I’ve never been more optimistic about America’s future,” the president declared.

Biden’s speech follows another one given on Tuesday in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he told a slew of whoppers, resulting in CNN calling him out for it.

Once again, the speech was focused on the economy and the Inflation Reduction Act. Biden just couldn’t resist straying from the truth.

He once again told a lie about his infamous Amtrak story.

CNN spanked him twice on his retelling of that fairytale: “Biden’s story is false in two ways. First, as CNN and others have pointed out before, he could not possibly have had this exchange with Negri: Biden did not reach the million-miles-flown mark as vice president until September 2015, according to his own past comments, but Negri had died more than a year earlier, in May 2014. Second, as CNN has also noted before, Biden’s mother was not sick at his home at the time he hit the million-miles-flown milestone. In fact, she had died more than five years prior.”

Then he repeated the falsehood about his grandfather, who had worked as an oil company executive, claiming he died just days before he was born himself in the same hospital. His grandfather died over a year before Biden was born.

CNN reported, “Biden’s claim is false in two ways, as conservative media outlets pointed out in April when Biden said his grandfather ‘died in the same hospital I was born in two weeks before I was born.’ His paternal grandfather who had worked in the oil industry, Joseph Harry Biden, died in a hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, in September 1941; the president was born more than a year later, in November 1942 – and at a different hospital, in Scranton, Pennsylvania.”

Then, of course, there is the Pittsburgh bridge collapse. Biden claimed he was there when it came down which simply is not true.

“It’s not true that Biden ‘got there and saw it collapse.’ The collapse occurred before 7 a.m. on January 28, 2022, more than six hours prior to Biden landing in the Pittsburgh area for a scheduled visit that included a speech about the economy and infrastructure. He visited the site of the collapse after 1 p.m. that day,” CNN noted.

The leftist media outlet even knocked him over lying about the national debt.

“Biden claimed, ‘And unlike the last president, in my first two years in office, even with all we’ve done – I’m the first one to cut the federal debt by $1 trillion $700 billion.'”

“This is false, as the White House implicitly acknowledged in the official transcript by striking through the word ‘debt’ and replacing it with ‘deficit.’ As CNN noted in February, when Biden made a near-identical claim, Biden has not reduced the national debt (the accumulation of federal borrowing plus interest owed); in fact, the national debt has increased from about $27.8 trillion on Biden’s first day in office in 2021 to about $32.7 trillion today, though it’s important to note that debt increases are not solely the fault of any current president. It is the federal deficit – the one-year difference between spending and revenues – that declined by roughly $1.7 trillion between fiscal 2020 and fiscal 2022, from about $3.1 trillion to about $1.4 trillion,” CNN concluded.
