Sobering new video from Christopher Rufo details how the trans movement ‘has conquered American life’

The transgender craze that has consumed the nation has been long in the making and a new video lays out what is, at its heart, an extreme left political movement that has successfully spread from rage-fueled intellectuals whose writings laid the foundation for the “queer theory” to become the culturally dominant force that it is today.

Investigative journalist and Manhattan Institute Senior Fellow Christopher F. Rufo has done an immense public service with his short video titled “The Transgender Empire” which in a mere 12 minutes explains how the movement used stealth, money, and a powerful influence network to take root in America where it has spread from classrooms to boardrooms to the corridors of government power and has normalized sexual indoctrination of children and gruesome Frankensteinian medical procedures.

“The transgender movement has conquered American life. Activist teachers have converted classrooms into propaganda. Influencers are driving billions of social media impressions. And doctors are cutting up kids in the name of gender-affirming care,” Rufo writes. “The story goes deeper than you might imagine, featuring rage-filled intellectuals, a trans billionaire benefactor, and large scale medical experiments in a Detroit ghetto.”

“In this new short film, I tell the story of the transgender empire, how it came into being, and how it hopes to change the face of American society forever,” he says.

Rufo begins with the writings of the ideologues behind the movement who theorized that gender is a social construct “used to oppress racial and sexual minorities” and who “denounced the categories of man and woman as a false binary that upholds a system of Heteronormativity, the white, male, heterosexual power structure.”

“The left-wing ideologues called for these systems to be ‘ruthlessly deconstructed and turned to dust’ by using transgenderism with one arguing that “the transexual body is a technological construction that represents a war against western society.”

“I am a transsexual, and therefore I am a monster,” wrote Susan Stryker, a founder of the movement. “And this body is destined to channel its rage and revenge against the naturalized heterosexual order, against traditional family values, and against the hegemonic oppression of nature itself.”

Some trans activists envision their movement as being the future of Marxism with one transgender intellectual arguing in an essay that “trans people can serve as the new vanguard of the proletariat.”

The video then moves to the money behind the movement and how transgenderism “moved from the fringes to the center of public life” with Rufo explaining that one of America’s wealthiest families played a key role in the merger of ideology with politics.

Transgender billionaire Jennifer Pritzker was previously known as James Pritzker until transitioning in 2013 and pouring untold millions into colleges and universities, schools, hospitals, and activist organizations to promote queer theory and transgender medical experiments, a few years before transgenderism exploded on the national scene.

Pritzker’s cousin, Democrat Illinois Governor JB Pritzker has used his office to promote legislation pushing radical gender theory in his state’s education curriculum and “directing state Medicare funds towards transgender surgeries.”

Rufo details how Pritzker money was used to fund a “web of subversion” leveraging the reputation of Chicago’s largest children’s hospital to flood schools with transgender material while a social media activist network floods platforms with propaganda to seduce confused young people.

The film also details how an impoverished Detroit suburb area has served as the “central laboratory for the synthesis of transgender science and politics” through the Ruth Ellis Center which along with its partners, plucks people from the despair-ridden ghetto area for “large scale” medical experiments on predominantly black youth “who’ve run the gauntlet of homeless shelters, foster care, juvenile hall and the streets” and are convinced to undergo gender-affirming surgeries.

In the last segment, Rufo likens the gruesome genital mutilating surgeries to the nihilism from Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein” and predicts that like the famous monster novel, the transgender movement is also destined for an unhappy ending.

The film is a must-see for those who can’t understand how transgenderism has conquered America.
