Geoffrey Giuliano, a star in the hit Netflix show “Squid Game,” has aired footage showing the moment he claims he was assaulted by a Dutch McDonald’s manager and his employees “for being American” and is threatening legal action against them.

Giuliano, 69, played one of the evil VIPs who paid to watch people die in “Squid Game.” Ironically, he also played Ronald McDonald on TV in the 1980s for McDonald’s.
He was returning from working in Lisbon, Portugal when the alleged incident occurred on Dec. 31, 2022.
Giuliano is in a wheelchair for a knee injury sustained during a movie stunt and is also a diabetic, asserting that is why he needed to get some food at the time. McDonald’s was the only food place around, so he went there.
The actor said that he visited a McDonald’s during a connection at the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. He tried to order a veggie burger and claims that the staff allegedly refused to serve him because he was an American. After that, Giuliano started videoing the manager and staff who tried to get rid of him.
The footage shows a male employee evidently barging into the actor. A second employee appears to raise his hand toward Giuliano. He labeled it assault and is demanding an apology from McDonald’s over the confrontation. The food chain answered contending the staff did nothing wrong.
Giuliano is now threatening legal action against McDonald’s and Amsterdam Schiphol airport, according to the Daily Mail.
“It was conveniently ‘closing time’ as soon as they saw me. An older Indian McDonald’s greeter saw me, politely put me in the line, and pushed me forward. However, when I started talking to my son Eden, a young manager heard my American accent and suddenly they would not serve me,” the actor charged.
“When they realized we were American, they would not serve me. The whole thing was due to an aggressive manager and another employee who obviously did not like Americans,” he contended.
“I had a wheelchair for the flight there and back. I stood up and began filming when the manager and another male employee became suddenly aggressive and moved toward my son and me. If you look at the video carefully you can see where he hit me as the camera bumps and I shout ‘that’s assault.’ Regardless of what the staff says, they served people before me and they served people after me, I was the only one who was not served,” he claimed.
“This is a case of blatant discrimination that spiraled into a physical assault upon my person at the Amsterdam airport. Hitting people is not a justifiable way to deal with anything,” he asserted.
Giuliano claims this is not the first time he has been subjected to “anti-American discrimination” in Holland. He, of course, is blaming it on former President Trump.
The actor claims there was another incident in 2017 with his son Eden, where a woman in a shop told him “why don’t you go back to America and Donald Trump.”
Also in 2017, again with his son, he reportedly cut in line at a Big-C supermarket in Pattaya, Thailand, before telling the customer “I’m an American, I do what I want, we’re the kings of the world.”

Giuliano says his son will no longer go out for food with him because he was “upset” by the two altercations.
