Two prominent right-wingers both agree that there was nothing natural and organic about former Rep. Eric Swalwell’s abrupt ouster.
Speaking separately on different shows, both Fox News host Jesse Watters and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller concluded that his ouster was a prime example of Democrat blackmail.
“The real story here is how the Democrat Party controls its members through blackmail,” Miller said Tuesday on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime.” “It’s got a blackmail file on ALL of its politicians, and it uses them to leverage and control them until it’s time to release it.”
“That is how sick and twisted the Democrat Party is. That’s the next thread we’ve got to pull out here,” he added.

“Swalwell is a scumbag. He is a terrible person, the worst of the worst, the lowest of low, the most dishonest.. But the real story here is how the Democrat Party controls its members through blackmail.

Speaking earlier in the day on Fox News’ “The Five,” Watters alleged that the Democratic Party knew about Swalwell’s shenanigans since forever but refused to act on them until it was politically convenient.
“The Democrat machine’s pretty slimy,” he began. “If you think about it, Nancy Pelosi was Eric Swalwell’s mentor. She put him on the House Intel Committee, kept him there even after Fang Fang. [Hakeem] Jeffries put him on the January 6th committee, so he was sponsored.”
“He was a rising star, and they used him as a weapon to hurt Trump, and they looked the other way at all these shenanigans until he threatened their power in California, and then kaboom, coup, nooked on the eve of the primary,” Watters added.

Watters continued by noting how the current batch of allegations against the former congressman initially appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, after which CNN and CBS picked it up, and it went viral, leading to Swalwell announcing his resignation from office on Monday.
“This was highly orchestrated, professionally organized,” Watters maintained. “This was a political assassination. And I think it was only possible because the Democrat machine knew about all of this for years, and everybody in Washington’s admitting they knew about it. Everybody’s admitting this was all out there.”
“Did the reporters dig? No. Did the Democrats protect the women? No. Not at all. I think it all happened the way Biden went down. They covered up his brain, then he blew himself up at the debate, became a liability, threatened all their seats, and the coup happened. Same thing here. So the Democratic machine is ruthless,” he added.
“They survive on blackmail, coverups, and coups. Now, Trump took on the Republican machine in ’16 and won, but so far the Democrat machine remains unbeaten. And I’m not saying Swalwell’s a victim. He did this to him– he put the gun to his head, but the Democrat party pulled the trigger,” Watters concluded.
Other right-wingers have reached the same conclusion, including political pundit and veteran Dale Stark:
The Swalwell saga perfectly shows how politics really works in America. They’ve had this dirt on him for years and sat on it until he stepped out of line. It explains why no matter who you vote for, you get the same results.
One nation under blackmail.

Including Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis:
The Democrat Party was aware of this guy’s behavior but never said anything until the party was threatened with getting shut out of the governor race. https://t.co/je6e5RyeV3

And including conservative commentator Michael Knowles:
So the Dems improve their chances in the CA gov race and also avoid putting their members on record in a vote to expel, and all it cost them was a replaceable congressman, whose seat will now be filled by another Dem.
Gotta give the devils their due: they’re good at the game. https://t.co/WWM4ttzjDB

CNN’s Scott Jennings also concurred.
“Democrats and people in the media are openly admitting something shameful and horrifying: They ALL KNEW about Eric Swalwell,” he tweeted. “They said nothing, leaving the victims to suffer in silence. But why? The answer is obvious.”
“To protect this Looney Tunes Eric Swalwell because he was good at going out and attacking Donald Trump. I mean, let’s be honest, that’s why he was under their protection,” Jennings added.
