Stormy Daniels testifies in Trump trial – satisfies left with salacious details of alleged affair

Stormy Daniels is testifying in New York after former President Trump railed on Truth Social about her and Judge Merchan, quietly deleting the post after being threatened with jail time over violating his gag order.

If the goal was to embarrass Trump, which is likely, the prosecution may have pulled it off.

“Daniels is recalling when she spanked Trump with a rolled-up magazine before they allegedly had sex at their hotel encounter in 2006,” The Hill reported. “She testified that Trump would ask her questions only to cut her off and talk more about himself.”

“I had had enough of his arrogance and cutting me off and him not giving me dinner,” Daniels commented.

Prosecutor Susan Hoffinger asked her at one point, “Where did you swat him?”

“Right on the butt,” Daniels replied.

Here are more salacious details shared by Today News Africa reporter Simon Ateba, who added that Daniels “is giving the left what they wanted.”

The porn star has previously denied having an affair with Trump and being paid hush money to remain silent but the prosecutor wants her to testify against the former president anyway according to her attorney. She is slated as the second witness following testimony from Sally Franklin, who works as a senior vice president at the publishing company Penguin Random House.

Trump is facing 34 counts of falsifying business records to hide the alleged hush money payment to Daniels, who contends she had a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006. Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts and denies the affair with Daniels ever occurred,” the Washington Examiner reported.

Susan Necheles, Trump’s attorney, objected to Daniels testifying concerning intimate details of her alleged sexual encounter with Trump.

According to the Washington Examiner, “Last week, a former attorney for Daniels testified that the nature of the encounter wasn’t necessarily “romantic” and divulged that he received a $10,000 cut of the payment made to Daniels.”

Prosecutor Susan Hoffinger countered the objection by claiming that there would be “no descriptions of genitalia or anything. … But it’s important to us to illicit that she had sex with him and how she felt about it.”

Early Tuesday, the former president posted to Truth Social complaining about a witness who was set to testify and about Judge Merchan. He did not mention Daniels by name. Soon thereafter, Trump deleted the post possibly at the advice of his attorneys or understanding that since he was under threat of jail time for violating the gag order, it was necessary.

“I have just recently been told who the witness is today. This is unprecedented, no time for lawyers to prepare,” Trump wrote on the social media platform. “No judge has ever run a trial in such a biased and partisan way. He is CROOKED & HIGHLY CONFLICTED, even taking away my First Amendment Rights. Now he’s threatening me with JAIL, & THEY HAVE NO CASE – This according to virtually all Legal Scholars & Experts! Why isn’t the Fake News Media reporting his Conflict?”

Trump was fined for a tenth violation of his gag order on Monday by Merchan who threatened to incarcerate him if it happened again.

“On Monday, Judge Juan Merchan, who is presiding over the case, warned Trump he could face jail time if he continues to violate the gag order. He also warned the former president that jailing him was not something he wanted to do,” the Washington Examiner stated.

“Mr. Trump, it’s important to understand that the last thing I want to do is to put you in jail,” Merchan told Trump. “You are the former president of the United States and possibly the next president as well.”

“Your continued violations of this court’s lawful order threaten to interfere with the administration of justice in constant attacks which constitute a direct attack on the rule of law. I cannot allow that to continue,” the judge warned.

Witness testimony is expected to end by the week of May 22. The prosecution’s star witness, Michael Cohen, has yet to testify.
