Hot-tempered pundit Ana Navarro has been stewing since Univision interviewed GOP frontrunner Donald J. Trump and the faux conservative boiled over on “The View” where she called for Latinos to punish the Spanish language network.
On Monday’s edition of the ABC daytime gabfest, the volatile co-host continued her tirade over Trump’s sit-down with Univision anchor Enrique Acevedo earlier this month because, as the left’s hissy fit over his CNN town hall showed, there is no tolerance for allowing viewers to hear the former president speak for himself.

Acknowledging that leftists are in a foot-stomping rage over the “softball” interview, Whoopi Goldberg asked Navarro, who often presents herself as the world’s foremost expert on Latino culture, what’s “happening here Ana?”
“I’ve gotten so many calls in the last 10 days,” Navarro replied, tossing off a bit of Spanish. “What the hell has happened in Univision? Because, look, Univision, as you said, is the giant in Spanish News.”
“And in Spanish news there’s a ton of misinformation, in our community newspapers, in our radio stations,” she complained, using the left’s word for anything that is in opposition to its agenda. “This is the place where Latino, Spanish-speaking Latinos go to get informed, to form educated opinions, to get engaged.”
“They’ve been really great corporate citizens and community citizens,” she continued, plugging the network’s top left-wing anchor. “They have a tremendous co-anchor named Jorge Ramos, who’s been there for decades, and they’ve got great credibility. I’ve seen many a strong man, many a corrupt person, leader squirm under the questioning of Jorge Ramos.”
“But they didn’t have Jorge Ramos do this interview,” she whined, bemoaning that Ramos, a notorious Trump hater didn’t get the call to do the interview.
“They had a guy named Enrique Acevedo who’s supposedly a good journalist, I don’t know him. But he sat there like if he was interviewing a panda,” Navarro kvetched, having previously likened the anchor to interviewing Trump as if he was talking to Barney the purple dinosaur.
“And, you know, somebody described the interview, a political writer as so soft it could have been pillow stuffing,” she said. “And then all the things you’ve mentioned, happen. And so it’s led to all of this speculation.”
“And then we learned that Jared Kushner is somehow involved, greasing the wheels with Televisa, the Mexican side that has bought part of it,” she added because EVERYTHING has to be a big conspiracy.
“So this is what I would say to — to Univision viewers. Use your voice. Use your remote controls, use your purchasing power with advertisers. If you’ve got questions, let them know. If you are disappointed and troubled, let them know. Because Univision has held people accountable, it is time for us Latinos to hold Univision accountable,” Navarro ranted as the audience erupted in applause.
Before Monday’s episode of “The View” aired, a disheveled Navarro posted an extended diatribe to social media over the weekend.
.@Univision, we are disappointed & have questions…
In 2015, Trump kicked @jorgeramosnews out of a campaign event & never again granted them access.
Suddenly, he’s sitting for a 1 hour interview that’s been described as “so soft it could be pillow-stuffing”.

“To see the largest network, the most important network in the Latino community — Univision — giving this man a one-hour platform where there was no pushback, there was a ton of smiling faces. There were references by Donald Trump during the interview to his friends who were there from Univision, Univision executives. It’s raised a lot of questions,” Navarro raved.
“I don’t know what the hell is going on in Univision, but I do think we need to talk about it. I do think we need to demand transparency and accountability from that very important and crucial network for the Latino community,” she said.
“You would have thunk they were interviewing Barney the dinosaur. It was a love fest,” the temperamental diva added.
Understandably, a partisan Biden shill like Navarro would be upset with Trump making inroads with the Latino vote, a big problem for Democrats.
