‘They don’t want independent thinkers’: Lara Logan claims Fauci/Mengele quip got her ‘pushed out’ at Fox

After comparing White House Chief Medical Advisor Anthony Fauci to the Nazi doctor of death, Josef Mengele, outspoken journalist Lara Logan says she was “pushed out” at Fox News.

In an interview with conservative radio host Eric Metaxes, Logan said, “No, I was definitely pushed out. I mean, there is no doubt about that.”

“They don’t want independent thinkers,” Logan continued. “They don’t want people who follow the facts regardless of politics.”

Last November, the former CBS journalist appeared on “Fox News Primetime” and raised eyebrows when she spoke about comments that Fauci “represents Josef Mengele.”

“What you see on Dr. Fauci, this is what people say to me, that he doesn’t represent science to them. He represents Josef Mengele… the Nazi doctor who did experiments on Jews during the Second World War and in the concentration camps,” Logan stated. “And I am talking about people all across the world are saying this. Because the response from COVID, what it has done to countries everywhere, what it has done to civil liberties, the suicide rates, the poverty, it has obliterated economies.”

Logan’s remarks, quoting comments from others, were widely denounced by Jewish groups and the Auschwitz Memorial Museum, according to The Hill, and Mediaite reported the statements led to her being dropped from her talent agency UTA, which called the comments “highly offensive” and “unacceptable.”

They also led to Logan being “quietly benched” by Fox, according to CNN’s Oliver Darcy.

“I’ve always said I don’t belong to any party,” Logan told Metaxes. “I really don’t care about media organizations who for years have reported false stories. Why should I care what they have to say?”

And true to her word, Logan is apparently undeterred by a cold shoulder from Fox News. While her docuseries, “Lara Logan Has No Agenda,” aired on Fox News’s streaming service, Fox Nation, Logan was not on Fox News’ payroll, though she was a frequent guest.

Getting snubbed didn’t slow her down.

On December 1, Logan continued in her quest to expose Fauci by retweeting an article that claimed the National Institute of Health, under Fauci, funded medical experiments on orphans with AIDS.

Since then, she has been extremely vocal about her thoughts on pretty much everything, including the “Genocide Olympics in China,” the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, and child exploitation — a subject which led her to briefly abandon her social media platforms.

“I am leaving Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.,” Logan tweeted in February. “I cannot in good conscience contribute to platforms who glorify & enrich themselves at the expense of children who they knowingly exploit. Discovering recently that animals are sexually abused/exploited along w children was a shock.”

“I had no idea such a depraved ideology was being pushed on this scale or the insidious ways the worst of humanity is normalized, promoted & quietly glorified by the same platforms who censor free speech from truckers, doctors, naturalists, vaccine injured & so on,” Logan continued. “It’s wrong.”
