LA’s socialist mayoral candidate REAMED for touting pathetic ‘infrastructure’ project

Nithya Raman, the socialist Los Angeles mayoral candidate, was dragged unmercifully after taking to social media to tout a pathetic “infrastructure project.

“The Los Feliz Neighborhood Council alerted our office in late 2025 to the need for a crosswalk at Sunset Dr. and Bates St., which has just been completed! Thank you to our incredible CD4 Field Team for continuing to problem-solve, push for solutions, and make our streets safer,” Raman posted on X, sharing a photo of the so-called project.

The photo showcases yellow stripes being painted across a “decrepit” road full of cracks. Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin weighed in to offer an assurance that the photo was not some AI-generated crap.

“I [had] to double check to make sure this is real. Yes, the socialist candidate for LA mayor and current member of the LA city council is taking a victory lap for painting a crosswalk over a decrepit road full of cracks,” Melugin shared.

Raman was the beneficiary of a highly improbable post-election mail-in ballot surge, emerging from a distant third place to edge out Spencer Pratt, the reality TV figure who decided to run for mayor after his home was destroyed in the Pacific Palisades fire — Raman appeared to have returned to obscurity after preventing Pratt from challenging Mayor Karen Bass in a November run-off.

At least, until the city councilmember’s moronic post on X.

Speaking of Pratt, he responded thusly: “Holy sh*t, my sides…Nithya Raman’s big accomplishment is taking 9 months to paint 7 yellow stripes over a cracked street? How dumb do you have to be to post this? BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA”

Here’s a quick sampling of other responses, as seen on X:
