You realize this, right?
And the reason why he’s going to be justifiably acquitted is because he did nothing wrong.
Dozens of New York City subway goers have within the past year been attacked, stabbed, robbed, raped, or sometimes even killed by criminals.

Then came Daniel Penny, a would-be victim himself who took matters into his own hands by disabling one of these criminals and thus potentially saving God knows how many lives.
Just like I said with the Kyle Rittenhouse case, there’s plenty of evidence proving Penny’s innocence, including Neely’s threats; including the assistance Penny got from other riders, one of them a black man; and including witness testimony.
You are going to lose this case, and rightly so. A growing chunk of Americans are sick and God damn tired of being victimized by criminals, and they’re fighting back. But of course you side with criminals again and again and again, to hell with the innocent people they terrorize. FYI, I myself have been victimized twice in the past 10 or so years, and both times the perpetrator got away with it.
By the way, have you even looked at Jordan Neely’s criminal record? Do you even know anything about him? Do you know the names of his victims? Do they matter at all in any of this?
The fact is Daniel Penny prevented Neely from terrorizing more innocent people, and for that, I thank him!
