‘Tyranny at Wisconsin’s door’: Decertify Biden 2020 win says State Assembly election committee leader

Even as House Dems attempt to demonize and destroy anyone who suggests the 2020 presidential elections were anything less than the most legitimate election ever, Wisconsin’s State Assembly is increasingly supportive of decertifying President Joe Biden’s win.

In a stunning  statement released Friday on Facebook, Wisconsin’s Trump-endorsed election committee leader, Rep. Janel Brandtjen (R), called the 2020 election unfair and railed against “election injustice.”

“Fair and honest elections are the cornerstone of our democracy and we know that the 2020 presidential election was neither fair, nor transparent,” Brandtjen said.

“A handful of rogue clerks, along with the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC), decided they would subvert our election processes with private money, drop boxes, illegal use of the indefinitely confined provision, and elimination of special voting deputies,” she continued. “We will never know the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. Tyranny is at Wisconsin’s door.”

Brandtjen suggested in her bold statement that if decertification does not occur, Wisconsin elections will be plagued by cheating in future elections.

“We have been told for months now that decertification is impossible,” she said, “meaning there is no downside to cheating in Wisconsin elections. How many more times do we need to endure this election injustice?”

Brandtjen stated that she will “join Rep. Ramthun’s call for decertification, as I see no other means of justice for Wisconsin voters.”

“We have been unable to stop WEC — a tyrannical agency that has created voting guidance to clerks while subverting the legislature, and has no regard for existing laws,” she explained. “Our democracy is in jeopardy.”

As American Wire reported, former President Donald Trump, who won Wisconsin in 2016,  has apparently not let up in his push to have the 2020 results overturned in the Badger State.

After the state’s Supreme Court ruled that absentee drop boxes could only be placed in election offices, Wisconsin State Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R) claimed on Wednesday that Trump had called him to discuss decertification as recently as “within the last week.”

“It’s very consistent,” Vos told WISN. “He makes his case, which I respect. He would like us to do something different in Wisconsin. I explained that it’s not allowed under the Constitution.”

Vos added that Trump “has a different opinion.”

Following the call, Trump took to Truth Social and called Vos “a long time professional RINO” who “will be doing nothing about the amazing Wisconsin Supreme Court decision.”

State Sen. Kathy Bernier, the upper chamber’s elections committee chair, demanded that Brandtjen either step down from the panel or be removed, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported, adding that she believed Vos “admitted” that appointing Brandtjen to chair the assembly committee was a “mistake.”

“She will not ever be the head of an election committee ever again,” she said.

On Tuesday, Trump again took Vos to task on Truth Social.

“So what’s Speaker Robin Vos doing on the Great Wisconsin Supreme Court Ruling declaring hundreds of thousands of Drop Box votes to be illegal?” the former President asked. “This is not a time for him to hide, but a time to act! I don’t know his opponent in the upcoming Primary, but feel certain he will do well if Speaker Vos doesn’t move with gusto. Robin, don’t let the voters of Wisconsin down!”
