Virginia Roberts Giuffre, arguably the most outspoken victim of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking empire, claimed in a recently released deposition that one of her sex partners was the billionaire heir to the Hyatt hotel fortune, Tom Pritzker.
Pritzker is the executive chairman of Hyatt Hotels and the cousin of Democratic Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker.
J.B.’s sister, former Obama official Penny Pritzker, “sits on Harvard’s oversight board,” the Daily Mail reports, and was “instrumental in the appointment of Claudine Gay, who resigned as college president Tuesday over anti-Semitism and plagiarism allegations.”
Tom Pritker’s name appeared as part of the hundreds of pages of unsealed and unredacted court documents surrounding Giuffre’s defamation lawsuit against Epstein’s partner in crime, madam Ghislaine Maxwell.
Judge Loretta Preska ordered the release of more than 170 Epstein-connected names, including Prince Andrew and billionaire hedge fund mogel Glenn Dubin, in December. Giuffre’s defamation suit was ultimately settled in 2017.

“How many times have you had sex with Tom Pritzker?” Giuffre’s lawyer asked her in the 2016 deposition.
“I believe I was with Tom once,” Giuffre replied, according to The Messenger.
Nothing in that exchange suggested that Maxwell sent Giuffre to Pritzer’s lair, but, later in the deposition, Giuffre did say that Maxwell dispatched her to have sex with the “owner of a large hotel chain” at “his own cabana townhouse thing” in France. In that instance, Pritzker was not mentioned by name.
“Neither Pritzker, Dubin, or Prince Andrew have been charged in connection with the Epstein case,” The Messenger reports. “The billionaire hotelier is a member of Chicago’s politically powerful Pritzker family.”
In 1957, Tom’s father, Jay Pritzker, purchased the first Hyatt hotel for $2 million. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Tom Pritzker now has a net worth of $6.2 billion.
In 2021, Investopedia named the Pritzker family as one of the top 10 contributors to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign.
According to Investopedia, Governor J.B. Pritzker and his wife Mary, the Pritzker Group, and the Pritzker Family Foundation contributed a whopping $12,600,000 to back Hillary. That’s more than even George Soros chipped in. (The “Spooky Dude” coughed up just $9,525,000.)
As BizPac Review reported, former President Bill Clinton has been identified in the unredacted court filings as “Doe #36” and appears in the document dump more than 50 times.
Tom Pritzker is also the chairman of the Center for Strategic & International Studies, “a bipartisan, nonprofit policy research organization dedicated to advancing practical ideas to address the world’s greatest challenges,” according to its website.
He has “vehemently” denied Giuffre’s allegations.
“This is the same false and isolated allegation that was published and vehemently denied more than four years ago,” a spokesperson for Pritzker said in a statement emailed to The Messenger. “Mr. Pritzker continues to vehemently deny it.”
According to journalist Liz Crokin, Pritker’s involvement in the Epstein scandal “is not new information.”
“I’ve covered this many times before,” Crokin wrote on X. “However, I’m very happy it’s getting more exposure now!”
The Jeffrey Epstein files confirm that Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre gave sworn testimony that she was forced to have sex — aka sex trafficked — with Hyatt Hotels Chairman Tom Pritzker.
