Vice President Kamala Harris just got a taste of her alleged “secure” border.
Early Thursday morning, two buses loaded with illegal aliens from Texas arrived near the Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C. As in the Naval Observatory where the vice president happens to reside and work.
A crowd is forming outside the Naval Observatory with signs that say, “#Kamala’s House.”

Apparently the VP Residence is not good enough for Princess Kamala.

“Between 75 and 100 people who were picked up in Eagle Pass, Texas, were sent by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. The group includes migrants from Venezuela, Uruguay, Colombia and Mexico,” Fox News confirmed.
Here’s the kicker: “Multiple migrants … said they think the border is open, contrary to what Harris said Sunday during an interview.”
“It’s open, not closed. The border’s open. … Everybody believes that the border is open. It’s open because we enter, we come in, free. No problem,” one of the migrants bluntly said.
Listen:
Well, well, well …
Now recall that during an interview Sunday on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” the vice president had the audacity to claim that the southern border is secure.
“The border is secure, but we also have a broken immigration system, in particular over the last four years before we came in, and it needs to be fixed. … We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration,” she added.
Listen:
Fact-check: FALSE.
Source? The illegal aliens who just came a’knocking at your door, Madame Vice President …

The VP’s remarks Sunday provoked massive backlash from the right and even a little bit from some segments of the left. Take Sen. Joe Manchin.
Responding to Harris’ remarks during a Fox News interview Tuesday, the Blue Dog Democrat said, “It’s wrong. She’s dead wrong on that.”
“And I have said this: if we don’t secure — I voted every time for the wall. But we need the wall and a lot more. Technology, more agents. … But for anybody – the vice president, president, anybody – to say our borders are secured? That is not accurate. I’ve been there. It’s wrong,” he continued.

Harris’ remarks also spurred backlash from Border Patrol agents.
“Well, since we have apprehended over 2 million aliens so far this year, which is a record, and the year is not over, and we set a single-day apprehension record just last week, I believe, that does not exactly scream that our borders are secure,” one unnamed agent said to Fox News.
“It was over 8,000 aliens for one day. That’s what we caught, not what we did not see or the gotaways,” the agent added.
“This quote is more of the same old word salad responses that this vice president gives. She may be more delusional than [White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre],” another agent said.
“In my 13 years, the border was never more secure than it was after President Trump finally had his policies put in place. The root cause of this invasion is this administration. And handing out undeserved citizenship will continue to call in more illegal aliens, terrorists and MS-13 gang members.”
“DHS is currently scrambling for solutions as we cannot process the amount of encounters BP is experiencing. Daily encounters are hitting 8,000 in some cases — an all-time record. The border is far from secure. It’s getting worse,” an unnamed Customs and Border Protection official added.

The point is that the border is not secure. Not by a long shot.
Indeed, everyday reports emerge of more illegal aliens crossing into the U.S.:
NEW: Several hundred migrants are beginning to gather under a bridge in El Paso, TX after they crossed illegally. Local NGOs & CBP facilities are overwhelmed as crossings surge there, & CBP confirms to us they are having to release migrants near El Paso shelters & bus stations. pic.twitter.com/Yhl8Mg5q1s

Good morning from Eagle Pass, TX, where yet again, another large group has crossed illegally in the early morning hours. More are currently walking up from the river. Almost all of them are single adults. This sector saw 3,300+ illegal crossings & 733 gotaways over wknd. @FoxNews pic.twitter.com/Kr00iZk5QA

EXCLUSIVE: In just a 45 minute span in Naco, AZ, our team saw over a dozen illegal immigrants dressed in camouflage use a rope to scale the border wall, then run into AZ. None were caught, making them “gotaways”. There have been over 500,000 gotaways so far this year. @FoxNews pic.twitter.com/kV29qahnEY
