Leaked text messages reveal how one Democrat ripped into members of his own party over their appalling lack of self-awareness.
Some on the other side of the aisle praised U.S. Sen. Ruben Gallego for being “accurate” in his description of out-of-touch Democrats, while leaked text messages posted on social media may prove embarrassing to the Arizona lawmaker who recently posted a profane message to Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and the Pentagon over a reported investigation of his colleague, Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz..)
The series of texts received by Human Events was shared by Jack Posobiec on X, with a screenshot showing what is purported to be a back-and-forth between the senator and another unidentified texter.

“Been watching all the insanity up there I think it’s time that somebody with a cool head and a solid plan could rise to the top of your party,” the other person wrote.
“Oh man have you met my party?” Gallego allegedly texted back. “I have been yelling at them this whole time.”
The senator could be the “one who rebuilds and leads” the Democrat Party, suggested the other texter, whom Posobiec referred to as a source “directly associated” with Gallego.

That source also sent a meme showing Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.), with a caption that read “IF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION HAD A FACE.”
“This is how the world views many of them,” the texter wrote.
“They aren’t wrong!” reads the alleged response from Gallego.
The other person then told the senator that he has “gained the strength and the wisdom,” adding, “seems like it’s time for you to flex and battle your way to the top of that party.”
“I could become your Republican consultant,” the person added.
“We look like the not fun party,” Gallego responded, according to the screenshots, saying. “Always telling and correcting people.”
“Not allowing no men to men,” or “women to be hot,” he continued. “We used to be the party of se[x] drugs and rock and roll.”
After joking about Gallego going to the Republicans’ private Capitol Hill Club in Washington, D.C., so he “can hang out with hot beautiful people,” the senator allegedly replied, “Now Dem women look like Dem men and Dem men look like women.”
Social media users found themselves in agreement with the Democrat as Posobiec noted the hypocrisy of Democrats who “will say 1 thing in private, and 1 thing in public.”
