‘You scared?’ John Rich shares UK ‘journalist’ calling for Musk to be extradited, X to be shut down

A self-proclaimed journalist in the United Kingdom has created a stir with a video statement calling for Elon Musk to be extradited across the pond to face British courts, and for X to be shut down — the fear of free speech clearly being a serious matter for the left.

Musk has criticized Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer for his response to last week’s riots over the scale of immigration in the U.K., suggesting the UK may be headed toward “civil war.” The free speech absolutist also questioned the apparent arrest of a Brit for allegedly posting offensive comments on social media.

“The time has come for Elon Musk to face the full force of UK law even if that means extraditing Elon Musk to the UK to face the UK courts,” the man said. “And may I remind Elon Musk that punishment for inciting division riots and hatred in our country comes with a prison sentence of up to seven years.”

“And Lord Keir Starmer is an accomplished lawyer and prosecutor who will not stand by and allow foreign agitators like yourself, whether you’re the richest man in the world or not to bring our country to its knees in this way,” he continued.

The metrosexual man identified himself as a “journalist” and, based on his own words, a left-wing zealot, before warning Musk that he is on “borrowed time.”

“Now I speak as a journalist myself and what I care about is the truth, but the time has come to shut down X and end the spread of misinformation once and for all we need trusted media sources and fact-checked media sources to be responsible for the dissemination of information,” the man said. “Not a tech bro bigot in Texas who is wasting money on rockets while the world goes hungry, Elon Musk, you are on borrowed time.”

The UK was thrown into turmoil when a now 18-year-old British citizen born to Rwandan parents allegedly committed a mass stabbing at a Taylor Swift-themed dance event that left three girls dead and others wounded, according to the New York Post.

London’s Metropolitan Police chief “warned that officials will not only be cracking down on British citizens for commentary on the riots in the UK, but on American citizens as well,” the Post reported.

“We will throw the full force of the law at people. And whether you’re in this country committing crimes on the streets or committing crimes from further afield online, we will come after you,” Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley told Sky News.

Unfortunately for the Brits, they lost that right in 1776, as social media users were quick to point out.

Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
