A YouTube prankster is about to “find out” after smearing a beloved fast food chain as part of a prank.
“In-N-Out” burger announced that it will be suing Bryant Arnett for posing as one of its employees on Resurrection Day when the company was closed.

Arnett is being accused of making “lewd” and “racially insensitive” remarks while posing as an “In-N-Out” employee on Easter Sunday.
The video has been made private, but some of the comments allegedly included: “I like watching my wife sleeping with other men. Is that something you’d be interested in?” and that the restaurant is “only serving gay people.”
The lawsuit stated that “[Arnett] made lewd, derogatory, and profane remarks, such as stating that In-N-Out had cockroaches and condoms in its food, and that In-N-Out Associates put their feet in lettuce served to customers,” the New York Post reported.

This is not Arnett’s first attempt at targeting the fast food chain, as he has reportedly been removed from various locations after harassing customers.
“I wouldn’t say I’m worried about the lawsuit,” Arnett said, according to the Post.
“Like yeah, sure, it’ll probably be annoying or whatever, but whatever’s gonna happen is gonna happen.”
In-N-Out is seeking a lifetime ban from its restaurants nationwide, “along with any profits he may have made from his video and possible financial damages,” the Post reported.
